I didnt think i would like the touch screen feature but i use it all the time. This is the perfect labtop for someone that is already used to ipads. Haven't had issue yet but its only been 6 months

The HP Envy is probably one of my favorite brands. This laptop and sleek and modern. Very user friendly and not too heavy. The flexibility of the laptop and the touch screen make it even more amazing.

This meets the requirements for my limited use of a computer.

There is nothing that I don’t like about this laptop! It’s superfast, easy setup! I’m in heaven and it’s so lightweight! This was a replacement for my 17 in laptop and I am so glad I purchased!

I purchased this computer for my husband for Christmas. He loves the touch screen. He can navigate through several screens and leave them open and the WiFi speed is still great. So far, so good.

The computer boots fast, runs quietly and has a great display. I don't find the touch screen particularly useful but don't hold that against it. Aside from annoying update notifications, the only major drawback is with the sound quality. After some of the scheduled updates, the speakers started producing a static sound. After updating and trying other versions of the driver, the sound would have other issues like cutting out altogether or not working. I tried other sound drivers (not intended for the sound card) and found one which worked although the sound is less than ideal. I had tried to diagnose the problem with the HP support and the support app would fail or never put me through to anyone. Aside from that, so far so good.

I love this laptop/tablet envy 360 because it's the best computer I've ever had. Touch screen is awesome and everything works perfectly. I only can say that I'm happy and really satisfied.

This HP Envy X360 Convertible is an upgrade for me. I like the lighted keyboard, the touch screen and the 360 feature. I am sure that as I learn more features I will love it even more.

Happy with purchase so far. Nice crisp display, zippy performance, decent price (on sale.) Good looking design, no issues so far. (Have had it only for a couple of weeks.) I don't care for the keyboard much, specifically the keys are a little mushy for me, but it's not a big deal. Was getting a weird error message on startup, something about the power cord not being powerful enough. But I contacted HP support through chat and he was able to clear it up fairly quickly. (Had to modify the bios though, but he did it remotely.)

I’m liking it very much. Way lighter and quicker that the 9 year old Sony Vaio. Ended up getting it at a great price / Memorial Day sale . Super happy with it and highly recommend !

A notebook and tablet in one... how awesome is that? Has a lot of memory space. Doesn’t have a disk drive. It’s not too big so I can carry it in my handbag when I’m out

I loved this laptop so much that I purchased a second one for the house. The sound is GREAT and I love the touch screen. I love how you can switch my laptop to using it as a tablet.

A Christmas present for my husband and he loves all the features of his new laptop, including face recognition, touch screen, etc.

This was bought as a replacement for a tablet my wife had used for three years. I had wanted to buy a small laptop in the 300.00 dollar range, since she used the tablet mostly to scan the web. She had other plans to use a new laptop to help run my sons business. After a hour of looking in BestBuy and talking to a sales person, I relented on price. She told him what she needed and his recommendation has worked out great for her use. The HP Envy laptop has worked out to be easier to use than my HP All in one desktop for her. This review is only a month after the purchase, so I will see after the first year if it was a BestBuy.

Great Computer for ever day work...I am on it a minimum of 5 hours a day, Great better life. Now I am not a gamer so I can not attest to that aspect. great touch screen and must have the number pad

I thought this laptop might have features that I might ever use. I am enjoying learning what all this laptop has to offer. My favorite thing so far is the backlit keyboard!!!

This laptop works great , hasn’t slowed down one bit in over a year . Had one hiccup where I had to replace the hard drive but they replaced it quick and easy.
