This is a very nice, very fast and efficient laptop that really does fold backwards into a tablet...if that's your thing. It is thin, has a metal case and is pretty light with a bright HD display...runs much cooler and quieter than my previous HP higher-end, similarly priced, laptop. In keeping with advances in technology, it has 50% more RAM and almost twice the hard drive and processor speed...for a little less money, as I recall. So far, so good. If it holds up, it's my best HP laptop so far!

This is a great laptop for everyday use and web searching, it has a lot of storage space and works very quickly.

It doesn't have a burner for making your own CD's. I have always owned Dell laptops but got tired of the laptops needing work all the time so I switched to HP. I would recommend this one for every day use. I check my email and FB. It has decent speed. I love that it has face recognition to sign on. I do not like that HP cannot do anything if your laptop is stolen. The people that I purchased it from told me that they could kill the hard drive remotely. That is not true. Use everything you can to protect your information.
