This is my work laptop, so it is used daily, both on the go and at a desk environment. I needed something durable and reliable and this computer has really hit the mark for me. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the battery does not last as long as it did when I bought it one year ago and I am a little concerned that the battery will need to be replaced in a year or so. However, it is a drastic improvement in the battery department from my last laptop (Sony Vaio).

I bought a HP - ENVY x360 2-in-1 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 12GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive, from Best Buy. So far I am very pleased with my purchase. It is a matter (for me) of finding where things are located and working with them. I am amazed at all the computer can do. I also purchased a HP - ENVY Photo 7855 Wireless All-In-One Instant Ink Ready Printer. This is elaborate printer, compared to what I was using. Still learning all that it can do.

Works very well. I had a few problems initially with a slow internet, but it seems to have been fixed with a update to the driver.

I purchased the laptop as an open box buy. It works perfect for my needs and I have not come across something I cannot do with it.

Purchased computer for home use. Easy setup. Best Buy sales associate was extremely helpful with recommendations.
