The laptop is lightweight and has plenty of RAM for photo editing. I've loaded Adobe Lightroom and it accommodates it well. I have had no problems with the laptop other than the curser seems to be very sensitive to the weight of my hands below the keyboard. The curser hops a little if I rest my hands to heavily on it.

first lap top. I have always used a desk top for the last 20+ years. I never thought I would like a laptop due to the keyboard. I would try out keyboards when in a store and always felt they were too small. well this lap top is great. key board is great. no problems. I love that I can take it with me any where.

Right out of the box there was a tremendous amount of updates to be done. After the first round it ran horribly. I reset to factory specs and reinstalled all the updates. Ran beautifully after that. I use it for photo editing with light room and it powers through. Touch screen is very responsive and sharp.

Absolutely love my HP laptop... Wide screen, light weigh making it easy to carry around. I was delighted with my sales person who pointed me in the direction of the HP. Originally it was my third choice, however, after the comparison hands down the best selection for the money.

I bought this computer for my grand daughter on Thanksgiving Day her computer completely quit. She is a 3rd year nursing student and could not be without a computer. With the help of your Sales Rep in Mpls we decided on this computer and it seems to be working very well for her.

I am unhappy with this computer. I have already had to call HP twice. The computer doesn't come with the best cord for it and there is a popup that tells me so every time I turn it on. The One Drive does not work. There are no buttons on the mouse which make clicking problematical. The power button is in the EXACT place I place my hands to pick up and adjust the laptop, resulting in accidental power downs on a regular basis. I can't tape the camera because it's used as a security feature to log on. Had I more time. I would have gotten a different computer.

I reallynenjoy this laptop considering the first one that I purchased had to be returned because it was a "LEMON" from the geek squad,it had a glitch when I tried to use it.i was no problem replacing it right away but wish I did not have to go back.i should have gotten someyhing in return for my troubles.

Great laptop with lot of RAM (12GB) and hard disk space (1TB). The 2-in-1 mode allows the laptop to be used in tablet mode. It also has a USB-C port which makes it great for charging the latest smartphones.

It's like most laptops within its price range. It does what it says and I haven't had any major problems with it outside of turning off the function of it being "always-on" - outside of that it's great for on-the-go peeps.

Strong LapTop/Notebook Cost/Performance/Quality. The screen quality is excellent with clear/HD/Touch responsiveness. Main & Graphic Processor provides plenty. 12GB RAM and higher speed quiet mechanical drive GREAT. Speaker volume NOT SO MUCH, maybe there is a new device drive coming!

My HP ENVY X360 is my second computer---first one was a seven. It took a little " roaming around " but now have adapted to all the features of this step-up from a windows seven. The 360 would be great tp flip over and take to bed for a fun movie night!

HP computers have been generally good and this one lived up to my expectation. However, Windows 10 is different than earlier versions and I still am challenged to do things on Windows 10 that I HAD "MASTERED" ON EARLIER VERSIONS LIKE WINDOWS XP, VISTA, OR 8.

I bought this computer because I needed something that was smaller than my 17.3" "laptop". It was cumbersome to travel with, so I got this one. Excellent specs, especially the 12gig of ram and 1TB HD. I like the weight. Very happy with this purchase.

This computer meets our needs. It is slim and easy to transport.

I've had this laptop only a few weeks, but I love it so far. The 2 in 1 feature is great. The screen definition is excellent (15.6" screen) and it is easy to use. It's sleek line is beautiful.

The 15 inch HP is nice and compact. On my desk I tuck the keyboard under and use the screen as a monitor to save space on my upper shelf while using a stand alone keyboard and mouse. Nice and light to pack with you. Compared to my old computer this has a fast processor.

Had to purchase this after I lost my original laptop in hurricane Harvey. I purchase this because I like the larger size and screen as this is not only doubled as my laptop but my TV since the Harvey Hurricane

Nice 2-in-1 computer with a large hard drive and 12 gigs of RAM. Windows Home is pre-installed, so if you're looking for the Pro version, that's another $99 from Microsoft. Other than that, it's a great computer that also folds into a tablet.

Bought this for my college student daughter. Good screen and lightweight for a 15” device. The extra RAM (it comes with 12GB installed) is a noticeable upgrade from similar devices with only 8GB of memory. All in all a great choice for the money.

Sales person was able to lead me to the laptop that best fit my needs. The geek squad did a nice job transferring data from my old broken down laptop to the new one. Took a few days, but worth the wait. Very happy with the product and service.
