Its a good laptop. I will recommend this. I found its little delicate to use but if you handle it properly its good. Performance is good with 12GB ram. Some time i feel, with back-lit keyboard its difficult to read the letters but it might be same with all the brands.

This is my 2nd HP Envy purchase and I love the ease of this computer. My first one was purchased in 2010, but I have owned other HP computers and they are the greatest for ease of access. I love HP products and Best Buy's prices are on point!!!!

The only negative comment I have regarding this product is the on/off switch. The switch is on the side & a couple of times I have inadvertently turned off computer when I have picked up the computer & my hand was on top of this on/off switch.

The thing I hate a bout reviews is some people never follow up on there first review of a product,etc,etc. I have own HP so my review is base on past experience...I think I will like my new laptop. Note,never had a issue with the old one. Just upgraded to a new one

Good computer. Like the face recognition log in. The battery dies in 3 hours with 80 % bright. Tablet is a plus I use for googl earth mostly use computer. It logs in quick runs quiet.

Not the best not the worst for the $! Does what i need!

This is a excellent laptop I bought it for my wife for her birthday so she could do school work and other personal stuff I would recommend it for in the college students or anybody in general that is looking for a laptop

I have to remember so many passwords at work and home (computer) that having a personal and portable laptop computer that has face recognition makes it easy for me to use throughout my house and very soon during travel making this new purchase very enjoyable.

I’ve had this for a while, and it was a great buy at the time and I would really recommend it now. I don’t need a lot of bells and whistle’s and this does have some, but what it does have is great does the job and I’m happy

I picked this up on sale a couple months back and it has been great to this point. Battery life is a little short but I'm generally always plugged in so this is not to big of an issue for me. Overall very pleased with the purchase.

Verrry slow laptop for the price. Not recommended.

Light weight, easy to work with, no overheating from sitting on a table, Have had several HP printers and thought they were all great so when my last laptop finally died ( after 9 years)I bought the HP laptop! Glad I did !,

I got a Sony Vaio several years ago that I absolutely loved. After years of running it to the ground, I needed a new laptop & ended up with this one after a lot of searching. It is a nice computer so far and does get the job done, but I still miss my Vaio.

Just what I needed to presentations at various meetings for my professional organization. I have a 17 inch laptop already, but this is much more compact and the 2-in-1 is great. I especially like the touch screen feature.

The internal components of this lab tap and what one would typically expect from HP. No more no less, no complaints nothing to brag about. The physical esthetic components: it looks sleek and very modern, The tablet mode is sometimes annoying because the lap top does not always sit up without supporting itself (guess you can't have both) It is always and I mean always updating. I use Xfinity internet and it can sometimes update slow as a snail! Would I purchase again probably not. I just feel like I could have gotten better bang for my buck

Needed a new Computer and told the Sales Associate Lexi what we could do. She listened well and proposed the HP Envy we ended up with. The experience Exceeded every expectation we had. we are very happy with our decision.

I have been wanting to upgrade my lap top and Iam glad I did It did not come with a pen but I will be getting one soon The colors are beautiful and the screen can adjust so it’s perfect when Iam siting on the bed or couch

Bought this to replace my older Envy. Have had no issues so far after a year and a half. It has all the features like the older model and much more. Set up was easy. It has facial recognition sign on.

I bought this laptop for my sister as a high school graduation gift and for her use in college. Its got a sleek design and good speakers. My sister likes the x360 tablet mode as well and it was a good fit for her!

It has worked great for me since I got it. I think the scrolling feature on the mouse pad should be on the right hand side instead of having to use two fingers. Also it seems that the right click of the mouse is 1/4 of the size of the left.
