Seems live a very good laptop for the money. I am pleased with it so far. I had one small glitch when I was told the laptop was ready and went to the store and found it was not ready. Not a big deal, and it was ready later the same day.

We keep up and buy Hp stuff because of the quality of their equipment. This is no different, had a older HP laptop and sold it. still ran after 7yrs of use. No problems, just upgraded and couldn't be happier.

I needed a decent computer to use at home but was not sure what I was looking for. The sales associate suggested the HP Envy as a good mid-line computer. I love the computer and it works for what I need it for.

An updated laptop is a pleasure to use. My old one is 12 years old and I thoroughly enjoyed using it. In fact, I am having trouble giving it up and trying to get used to the new one!

This labtop has exceeded my expectations and not only is it fast but it has a clean look that looks like it was made with great attention to the look of the keyboard and I love the face recognition the best.

Could not get the the "pad" or the touch screen to work correctly. Was returned to Customer Service desk. They could not get it to work either. Will not buy another touch screen computer.

I was sceptical about purchasing another HP as my last one I had for several years always had problems with the Mic, camera or keyboards malfunctioning. But I'm glad I did. This laptop is great for use with work, college or streaming.

Had owned HP laptops in the past and was always less than satisfied. This was an open box purchase that just seemed to be a deal to good to pass up and to my surprise, I am more than happy with my purchase.

At first I had some issues that required a few trips to bestbuy to fix but all in all its a solid laptop. It takes a few minutes for it to get going when you first turn it on but after that its buttery smooth.

This was a great laptop as I was a college student. The only downfall how big it was. It made it difficult to carry around all day to and from classes. It was fast and a nice laptop!

Was looking for an upgrade to our home computer need some and found this to be perfect. Ideal for running minimal applications and the kids love the tablet mode and variety of ways to prop up the unit.

We bought two of these before our twins went off to college. My computer died 3 months later and I knew what I wanted. This has been great and I love the number pad on the side for doing spreadsheets!

My thanks to the people at Best Buy. I needed a new computer and was leaning towards a desktop. After talking to a person who helped and described the benefits of this model I was sold. I love it.

We have owned this laptop for 2 years now. It still works great with only minor errors and freezing. However, 2 people were using it for school until I got another laptop for myself.

Easy to use, nice graphics. Like the portability. I use it for our business and it works well for everything whether I'm at home or on the road

The processing speed for the internet and programs is very fast. The screen resolution is very clear and life-like view. The audio sound is good too. I like that it converts to a tablet.

I needed to update an older desktop home computer and wanted a little more flexibility. So I opted for a laptop. So far so good. No complaints yet. We’ll see after 6 months. Would buy again.
