Best purchase. I purchased this in 2018 and still happily own it

I just bought my HP 3 days ago. With a full charge, it only last 4 hours with constant use. So frustrating! Other than that, I love it!

I bought this laptop in January for college and its amazing! I truly recommend this laptop.

I bought an HP envy laptop in Feb'2018. Due to my sudden travel plan, I didn't get time to test the laptop completely as I trust Best Buy and have bought products from the store before. When I checked the laptop after a month, I saw a little bump in the right corner of the trackpad which I believe is most likely due to battery expansion from underneath. I called the customer service and they asked me to bring the laptop to the center to resolve the issue. I gave the laptop to the Geek Squad agent to check the issue and I got a call after 3 weeks that problem is resolved and the laptop is ready to pick up. I went back to the store, drove 12 miles and guess what, nothing was changed and the problem persists as it is. Geek squad agent again asked me to give the laptop and told that it will take other 3-4 weeks to resolve the issue. So, basically, I will be without a laptop for 2 months. What era are we living in? I am really disappointed with the Geek Squad service and will think twice before buying any product from Best Buy in near future.

It’s a great laptop, great aesthetics, fast processor, plenty of memory, but it weighs a TON Not very portable because of its weight and size

The screen can be shaky. While plugged in & charging it reads "plugged in, not charging." No room for discs. Love keyboard lights.

The screws behind the screen come out and if not careful, the screen could break. Luckily my cousin was able to fix it for me over the summer but unfortunately the opposite side of the screen came out today. All three screws came out and I don't have a way to get this fixed. I've barely touched the computer since I purchased it. It works like new. The flip screen is awful. It loosens just by using as an ipad 3 times. I'm very disappointed in hp. The only reason my screen hasn't broke is because my coworker had a similar design laptop and the same thing happened to her except she cracked her entire screen. Boo.

After 4 months of use I, like many other sorry consumers out there, simply attempted to open my laptop and the entire left hinge, left side of the screen and top fell apart with tiny pieces of plastic and fasteners falling out. This is a faulty design by HP that if you google will see it is well documented and they refuse to fix any of them, Best Buy will not fix under their warranty and if you fix it yourself or hire someone it voids the rest of the laptop warranty so you are left with a $900 useless piece of metal. There was a class action law suit against HP for this, there were supposed to fix problem and never did leaving consumers unknowing of what they were buying and left in the cold once it breaks. Do not buy this or any other similar laptop from HP!!!!!!!

I purchased this product on Saturday afternoon. I was in the middle of a brochure when it went black. There was no power to the computer. It would not turn back on. This is the 4th HP computer or printer that has died or had to have the hard drive replaced within the first year of ownership. DO NOT RECOMMEND! It was returned and I will not purchase another HP product.

Laptop seemed like a good value. HP Quality has failed me for the last time. Touchpad was defective right out of the box. Went through all the usual run around. Lots of the same issues dating back to 2014 Google it, Reinstall the drivers, Reboot, same thing Use external mouse, Same thing. Box it up and going back.

I'm telling y'all this right now do not get this laptop. I only used this laptop for homework for my classes and now it won't charge all the way to 100% it stops at 43% it's says plugged it, not charging it's going to die out on you sooner or later HP LAPTOPS ARE A WASTE OF MONEY AND WASTE OF A BRAND. They shouldn't be a brand to be honest.

screen breaks very fast within a month just waaste of moeny stay away

after 1 year and a half the hinges broke on the laptop. Do not buy this product.

Computer came with bad network card. Had to return.
