Bought this laptop for my son at college. He loves it-very happy. He is using it for his class work as well as personal use. It cost a LOT more than I had anticipated, but it has proven to work well.

This is the first laptop that I took the time to spend over 500 dollars for school and it has been great decision. All the aspects of the laptop are great, the only thing to look forward is the battery life.

I was looking to replace an old Laptop. This one was perfect for what I needed. The price was right and it had everything I was looking for. It was easy to setup and would definitely recommend.

Perfect option for those looking to run high demanding apps or games while not having to sacrifice touch screen ability. Convertible ability was something I didn’t know I needed until I had it! Great buy!

Searched through similar products for a while and found this with a very decent price. There were only 3 reviews when I bought it. Now it has 165 reviews with average 4.7. So I made a correct choice.

This is an excellent value for money laptop with latest 11th Gen proc making all tasks easy to handle. It is also light weight. I have bought 3 laptops same model & today buying 1 more.

I've had this laptop for about a month now, I've only used it maybe a total of 10 days, and I can say that I'm pretty disappointed with how it's turned out. Pros: - Responsive, not laggy, nice looking design. Cons: - The audio is very unclear. I couldn't understand why, since the speakers look like they're supposed to be on both sides of the keyboard. And yet, the sound seems to be coming out of the bottom of the laptop? It's only clear when I lift the laptop off of my desk. - The battery life is extremely disappointing! I didn't even notice until I took a virtual exam the other day. I had it fully charged, and the only application running on my computer was the exam itself. And yet, after less than 2 hours, I got a warning telling me to plug in my charger. Unacceptable. - The fan on the computer is unbearably loud. It was painfully obvious when I was taking my aforementioned test in silence. The fan was going full blast almost the entire time. - The icing on the cake: the microphone is already out of commission somehow. I've restarted the computer, troubleshooted, disabled and re-enabled, etc., but it seems hopeless. Again, I discovered this right before that exam I had, which required me to have a microphone to capture room noise. Not my favorite test-taking experience at all. And the microphone did work a few weeks prior. I'm not really sure what changed but I'm definitely unhappy about it. Overall, the laptop seems to be poorly designed and deteriorating rapidly despite me hardly having used it. I'm outside of the return window too, so that's sad. I'm probably going to try to avoid HP in the future.

It's fast and easy to use. I replaced an Envy with this Envy because of how well the last one served me. It's a very good laptop and I hope it last me at least 8 years like the other one.

Great 2 in 1 touch screen foldable laptop. So versatile. Great looking. Lightweight, thin. Bought it for my son for college and he loves it so far! I have the older version and I love mine too!

Excellent processing speed. Can use Chrome, Word, Microsoft Teams, and other apps all at the same time. Game if you want! Beautiful looking and light! Perfect for school or gaming.

Very pleased with the HP envy 360. it has a great appearance, its lite, screen and keyboard are awesome. it is fast and as I learn what it does it gets more exciting. recommend you get one.

This was a great buy for me. It is sleek, light, and responsive. I am a fan of HP products, and the Intel i7 is just what I need. It was very easy to set up as well. Really nice laptop!

I really enjoy this HP laptop. It's super fast, the screen is so cool (you can turn it so that is in portrait, it's very sleek, but the keyboard is not too small, making it very easy to type (I've used other laptops that have a smaller keyboard, and it made things very difficult for someone like me (with larger hands). You will need to purchase Office 365 (a license), it's worth the small price to have all the current Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, just to name a few). I've never been one to save things to the Cloud, but it appears to be the automatic default. It's actually pretty neat to know that I can access my documents from any device.

2-in-1 laptops are worth it because they're lightweight, have touchscreen displays, and reversible hinges. If you need those additional features, then a 2-in-1 laptop is absolutely worth.

Haven’t had a laptop in years. This laptop is very quick and easy to use. I love that it is also a touch screen. Very pleased with purchase and would highly recommend this laptop.

My favorite Laptop and I have 3. I don’t go on like most people for hrs I play music some work , paying bills. It’s a great computer and price is great also for the quality.

This computer processes info quickly and the display is vivid. I should have had it completely set up at the store as this process was not very user friendly and since I began setting things up before the WiFi was on, it got rather complicated. I’m still getting messages that things aren’t finished setting up. I like the 360 but am concerned about damaging the keyboard so rarely use it as a tablet. The touchscreen works well but is very sensitive. It would be nice to be able to turn it off at times. Camera and audio are great!
