A: I have been looking at both of these models as well.it appears when comparing the specs the main difference I can see besides the memory are the new 15m-es has a LCD screen, DDR4 and a Thundebolt 4 type C port and 3.1 usb type A ports. The 15m-Ed has a LED screen , DDR4 SDRAM and has no Thunderbolt port and 3.0 usb type A ports and a type C port. I used the compare for this

A: Honestly, I don't think you can split the HDMI and have it operate as two independent monitors. I believe you'll have to get a dock of some sort. If you don't want to get a dock, you can use the thunderbolt port for the second monitor. You'd just have to get a HDMI to thunderbolt adapter. They are pretty easy to get.
Q: Does this laptop come with microsoft word/excel/powerpoint etc.?
A: No, this laptop does not come with any Microsoft Office software.
Q: How fragile is this computer?
A: It’s actually much more sturdy than I originally thought. The screen is very rigid when flipping to tablet mode, and doesn’t wobble when in standard laptop mode. I always suggest getting a carrying case to keep it in for on the go and general storage.
