Love this laptop. Easy setup. Really fast boot up. Would definitely recommend this computet.

Computer was fine but the backlit keyboard was white on silver making it very hard to see

Overall I’m happy with the laptop. Very quick startup and opens applications quickly as well. One thing that I don’t like is if you have the laptop in tablet mode, and it falls asleep, you can’t press the screen to wake it but you have to flip the laptop back in laptop mode and wake it and then you can go back in tablet mode.

So far, my new computer is working well. Compared to my previous system it is very fast.

The product is superb and the in house service reps were excellent. Our agent gave us a very thorough introduction to the product. Our only complaint was the process of obtaining an appointment. At one time we had three separate times. Had to go to the store to determine the correct date and time. Need a bit o IT time. But the product is great and the people helped us made sure we would buy from Best Buy.

I'm upgrading from a previous HP Envy laptop I bought 6 years ago. That old laptop just couldn't handle having zoom, my hovercam, or youtube open all at once. This laptop handles everything and opens them quickly especially when lots of students try to login at once. I also use this laptop for school and if I'm running a bit late, I know it'll boot up in less than 20 seconds. Why didn't I upgrade sooner!

Had a DELL for 6 months, and started having major over heating problems and the screen freezing, then black screen, then blue screen, then not booting then nothing. Had to go out and by a real computer so bought a HP ENVY 15.6".....WoW what a difference, this thing is beyond awesome. I wish I would have listened to a friend and bought HP first. Don't let anyone fool you HP is where its at!!!!

I purchased this laptop for my granddaughter for college. It was working fine then it wasn’t. Iam glad I purchased the extra guarantee 3 year protection because it had a factory default problem. Had to have it fixed, problem with hinges as well as hard drive issue. Fixed for free.
