Great computer for the price. The only thing I dislike is the offset keys

I’ve been using my laptop for just about everything for streaming Netflix , Hulu and YouTube and starting school soon , I charge it once every 3 days and the battery is amazing ! I’d highly recommend buying this one if you’re into tech.

I'm enjoying this laptop but one thing that I'm still disappointed with is the sensitivity of the cursor. If your hovering near anything it catches the link and sends you to a page, etc, that wasn't the intended target. I'm sure there's an adjustment but I haven't found it yet. Overall, it's fast and has good screen display and battery life.

When I recently purchased this laptop, the Best Buy staff was fast, attentive and professional. The product is wonderful as well. We have always loved shopping at Best Buy and have always had great experiences with them.

This purchase involved the return on a Lenovo laptop whi9ch was inadequate for my needs (much too slow). The agent helped me receive a credit for the Lenovo machine and explained the advantages of Hp Envy laptop. which a purchased and have used successfully for several weeks now.

Extremely happy with the laptop as it does everything as promised. The reason for 4 stars is that the nkt one thing promised by the salesperson in regards to the geek squad was done, it was explained bybthe geek squad after the fact that they coukd not do as requested. Sales person needs to be more knowledgeable in regards to promises made.

Battery is WEAK! Lasted maybe 3 hrs on normal usage. Specs say 13 hrs but im guessing thats if you just leave it sit there. Very disappointed in Battery and the false advertisement of the battery life was a deciding factor in the purchase. Now that its open i cant return it. I got screwed.

The computer itself is compact, great for business on the go. I took off one star due to the model "update" that took away the number pad on the keyboard and some of the basic HP features like an easy print screen. I usually prefer HP PCs because they are usually plug-and-play. I felt that this model isn't as user-friendly as my other models.

We use these laptops for our project managers at work. They run the traditional Office programs along with Bluebeam and some in-house programs. Works great. Only had one complaint on these laptops and it was a software thing and easily fixed. Great little machines.

Product works well. Reasonably priced. Good upgrade for us.

Absolutely everything I needed. I recently purchased the pharmacy I have worked for the past 20 years. I needed something I could do back-end work on from home. The ENVY did not disappoint. I have only had it for a about a month. I will update with more specifics when available.

Good, fan gets loud already though and battery just okay

We love our new computer! We bought a second hand one for my wife to use for school but it worked a little too slow for us. We upgraded to the Envy and it has more memory and a bit more speed. We are super excited to finally have a new and lasting laptop.

Ordered online and prompt delivery. Easy setup and applications use. No CD/BRay but use peripheral via USB to load programs that can't be downloaded (or to avoid repurchasing). Runs games well as well as productivity applications.

Since I had a 15 inch laptop, decided to get this one which is similar to the one I had. Had some changes in technology which I was able to adjust. Love using this computer & would recommend this laptop.

Great item for the price. Easy to navigate and use.

Excellent lightweight laptop for daily use- Fast processor and the 2-in-1 laptop/tablet modes are awesome. I had some issues with the microphone and I ended up reinstalling the drivers. The numeric keypad is not present in this model, but its manageable.

This is a very nice laptop with lots of extras. Love the touch-screen and the graphics are very good. Because the screen doesn't detach from the keyboard it's really too heavy to be a great tablet though, that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

This is an excellent computer upgrade. The startup time is fast and the computer fits basic needs and is suited for multi tasking. The battery life varies depending on the use, but overall this is another quality HP product.
