I like everything about the computer except the keys that are hard to see in light areas, along with the screen that's also disappointing when light is present. I wish I would have went with the Black envy 360 amd ryzen 16 gb ram chip set.

After having my last HP for 7 years, it was time for an upgrade! I have been very pleased with this laptop and how it functions. The touch pad is a little sensitive and I am still getting used to that, but over all I am very happy with my purchase.

Fast, complete for work, easy set up. I've been using this device for more than 6 months, and I've not had any difficulty with it. I've changed numerous settings, have a ton of work related apps, and have no trouble

My wife owns a Photo Booth company. This computer does everything it needs for her and then some. She probably uses it as a tablet more than anything. Definitely a laptop I would recommend for businesses on the move but also have a desk.

Best laptop I’ve owned in a while. I didn’t think I would like the tablet mode but it’s nice when you’re just relaxing a browsing the web or watching videos. I love HP products and I’m very satisfied with this laptop. 10/10 would recommend!

Overall a great system, my chief complaint is the hard to see keyboard. When illuminated, only in a pretty dark setting does that help. The keys are marked a medium gray, need to be black against the silver to help see letters. Otherwise, a very nice system with great touchpad

Getting used to smaller screen than old Toshiba and using the touchpad instead of mouse is my only issue. I know I can use a mouse but I'm trying to jump into the now (I'm old). I haven't used all the features and options yet so only rating a 4 but, overall, I'm happy with it.

Had to replace my existing computer based on a faulty battery. The sales representative was very helpful in going through my options and finding an equivalent device. They also made sure the device would come in a reasonable time.

So far its love, it was super fast to set up. It didnt come with a ton of junk programs like normal, so i didnt have to go and Uninstall a bunch of stuff. I love the ease of use. Have only had it a week so we will see, but so far so good!

Great machine. Does everything I need it to do. Love the ability to use it as a tablet style touchscreen or a true laptop. It does run pretty hot, so make sure you have room to let the bottom vents run. Fans are a bit loud because of this.

I bought my first HP laptop at Best Buy so when it finally if bit the dust. I went back to the city of a crime and got this new computer which is much faster than my old HP. Staff was very helpful in Colorado Springs

I was very nervous about purchasing the refurbished laptop. But with so many already sold out this was the best option to get what we wanted. And it works great. Wouldn’t have known the difference.

Compared to previous laptops I owned by HP, this Envy takes the cake. Very easy to use with a sleek design. I hate that the numerical buttons have been removed to the top ( previously on the side ) but I love this laptop

Nice size and portable. Seems to run well and function like expected. Lighted keyboard is a very functional benefit. Good for school or college students both at home and portable for transport between school and home.

This laptop is outstanding! The performance is top quality, especially for the price. I am so happy with this purchase. I referred a friend and she purchased it and is very happy with it as well.

This wasn't the laptop I went into the store to get, but it's the one I bought. I was impressed by its specs plus it had 16GB RAM. It pretty much had the latest everything and the screen is really nice. I'd recommend this.

So far so good. I'm loving this new laptop. I had an old version of HP. This one comes with a lot of great tools. As an older guy, I appreciate this computer.

Item came on time in perfect condition, no dinks or dents on the product packaging or shipping box. Came on time and they did a re-delivery early the next day since I wasn't home to sign the first time

Really love this computer (it's replacing another HP Envy), but I really, really wish they didn't get rid of the Print Screen button. Other than that, everything's great--it's nice having the power button as part of the keypad instead of on the side.

I am in love after numerous research and waiting patiently for the right price I hit the Jack Pot!! Thank you Best Buy for always having what I need and for the price I am forever a returning customer.
