Powerful and fast for what I needed. I just upgraded to the 512 SSD and am amazed how it boots up and runs all my apps/windows so smoothly. It is a breath of fresh air.

everyone was very nice and helpful, I will find out if I actually need a new computer when my nephew checks out my old one----then I will actually be able to give a review as to how satisfied I am.....

i bought this laptop for my sister and she loves it.she says it is fast and powerful for her job.the screen looks great and she watches videos on it when she is home.

Bought for grandson's graduation - and he is using it for college classes. He is happy with it and states it works great for school work and gaming both.

My product I am happy with, however, I am not happy that the Microsoft home/student i bought was not installed on my computer while the geeks merged my old laptop data onto the new computer. They had my computers 5 days, they did manage to get the webroot installed. My home laptop was for personal home use so not that much data. Yes, it was old so i would assume slow but seriously? Makes me wonder whats going on on that department. Besides taking 5 days they didnt install the home/student I bought. I had to sit on phone with tech support...what a mess and complete waste of my time.

Nice laptop that meets the needs of my elderly parent because a 13-inch screen size is toooo small for elderly eyes so a 15-inch was just right! Glad for this modern laptop option. Has the needed functions.

Great computer for a college student. The HP connects to the college programs easier. The MAC was having compatibility issues with the school system.

I am loving my new laptop. It has so many features that I will probably never use considering I have just retired. This is a great buy.

Excellent in store help. Product availability was good and I was able to get the laptop and then have the geek folks transfer all the data from the old laptop.

The learning curve is steep going from Windows 7 to Windows 10. The processor speed is incredible. The combo mouse and enter key is very sensitive.

My daughter bought it. Wanted something better for gaming than her Macbook, but had a fairly specific budget in mind. This model fit the bill perfectly.

This was the second of the three computers i brought from Best Buy within one month. The issue with this computer was the loud loud fan that never turned off, it drove me insane. I downloaded a develope fix that ran in the background but it only work for 20 minutes or so then the noise can back. If loud fans don't bother you then go for it otherwise don't buy this system.

Really liking this unit. Super super fast as you would imagine. I use it primarily for trading but it is now also my new primary work laptop it works so good.

After having a terrible experience with a Microsoft Surface 2 from the start, I am beyond happy with this HP ENVY! It fits all of my needs and then some.
