SUPER FAST But touchscreen is too sensitive. I can't even breathe on it it's so sensitive. Sometimes it's a real pain.

Lacks power for most basic tasks. I asked the store employee to help me pick a computer capable of running 20/20 design and trusted them and their guidance. Lacks sufficient power to run the program and now I'm out a grand. Now I know that a sufficient computer will have a high end graphics card, not the lack luster piece of HP garbage that's in this 15" paper weight. Needless to say, there is nothing to Envy here.....

Good laptop. Terrible display. the colors are dim and hurt my eyes. Not the best quality display even after adjusting contrast, colors, etc

Laptop worked great for about a year then it kept getting the blue screen of death

I had a problem with this device overheating I got it twice and had same issue both times.

This laptop has some issues with touch pad . It’s kind of annoying to use. Had to return it.

Didn't like it, ended return it. It made a rear noise

After only having the computer for a month with very little usage the hinge to open the laptop broke. Took it back to bestbuy only to hear “this is the fourth one of these we’ve seen with the broken hinge.”

Bought laptop brand new didn’t buy no open box or used. Bought it brand new and 5 days after I bought it, it stop charging. I couldn’t even factor data reset it because it has to be plugged up In order to even do a a factor data reset. Paid over $1000 for a piece of junk. Don’t wast your money. Then when I bought it I had a 10% off coupon. Best Buy sold me a computer that won’t charge then had to return it. Had to buy a another computer and the manager wouldn’t give me my 10% back off the new computer because she said I already used it buying the broken one that they sold me and I had to returned. Make no since. Long story short I won’t buy another laptop from Best Buy every again. I’m buying a Mac straight from apple

I bought this HP laptop for my daughter as a college graduation gift. She has had nothing but trouble with it. The hard drive was corrupt. She got that fixed. Now the screws have broken on the lid to the screen! I bought this online in July of 2021. When I looked back at my previous purchases to see when I bought it (on the order status section of my Best Buy acct.) I saw that it was an open box!!! I thought I was buying a NEW laptop. Very unhappy. I didn't pay open box price.

The computer is fine, but one day after I set it up I began getting at least 25 spam emails per day. I attribute it to the crapware that comes preinstalled. Someone is getting rich selling your information.

Maytag washer is very loud and the deep fill function will not work on normal setting. Sales person misinformed us about this washer as did the installer. Salesmen shold know the products they sell.

Fan was loud, heat up and battery drainage. I did exchange but same issues so I returned it immediately. I don’t recommend this laptop.

Computer does not come with a manuel. Instructions are all online behind accounts I'm unable to access because I'm too unfamiliar with digital workings to get past security codes. (OK, boomer). The new machine is twitchier than the old unit, and the keyboard is almost unreadable unless the backlight is on and even then only in a darkened room. I was in a hurry for a new machine and should have shopped around for something else. Plus, I hate windows 10. I may feel differently later on.... but I doubt it.

PC died 2 days after the warranty expired. The power port seems loose. Won’t charge.

Faulty hinges, broke in under a year and HP is refusing to cover it even though it is still under warranty. The repair costs total over half of the original retail price, I would not recommend it. Google HP Envy hinges before buying to see the full issues behind this product.

Good product very fast love it so much bought it fast

The computer ended up taking a final crash and not being able to reboot up or start windows properly at all to where I’m looking to get another computer and it’s been 1 month since getting this one never again will I do open box didn’t even come with a charger.

I dont even want to give a star.. I only used this for a month and today screen has a problem. Suddenly turned off..

I HATE this laptop. The lighted keyboard is unreadable when lit so I keep it off. The K button sticks so I constantly need to proofread everything. After just two months of use, the fan is so loud it gives me a headache!
