It’s much slower than the version before this and keeps disconnecting from WiFi and very slow compared to their version before this one. Bought the same one or “updated version” thinking it would be just as good and nope it was trash very laggy so I returned it

I was impressed with this item for the first 52 days. On the 53rd day of ownership after relatively light use, the motherboard went bad and I had to send it back for repairs. The Geek Squad rep tells me it may be up to six weeks until I get it back!

Loved it ... it was fast, wonderful, bright colors, sound was amazing... then it broke. The hinges gave way and screen broke off the base. Purchase in May 2021, it was broken by September 2021. The hinges just literally "gave way". It was crazy.

Unfortunately, the computer had a major problem with screen brightness. The brightness does not adjust in this model that was delivered to me. Probably a manufacturing defect, making it very difficult to work on the same.

I bought this laptop and uploaded my stuff and unfortunately, it didn't power on the next day. I took it back too the store and Geek Squad also failed to power it on. I returned it and I bought another trade mark.

They first sold me a computer with no hard drive and then sold me this one that ant connect to wifi and needed to be sent back to HP to get fixed the first day I got it….horrible from best buy

I can't get your team to answer any questions. I bought as a gift for grandchild entering college and I want her to get your emails so she can load what needs loaded. You have failed to help!!

Do not waste your money. Please don't buy it. Worst laptop ever. THE SCREEN ALWAYS BLACKOUT.

I have the i7 16g version and so far it is a great laptop. Here are some pros about this device the screen is nice and bright, the build quality is perfect, the keyboard is one of the best laptop keyboards I've used, and finally the device is fast and snappy. Here are some cons about the device Battery life is limited ( sometimes only getting 5 hours), charging the device takes a while, and finally the keys to the right are hard to get used to after upgrading from a previous laptop.

I bought this product on 3/27/21 and the mousepad stopped working.

Keys wouldn't work yesterday. After I shut it off several times they finally started working again.

This 2 in 1 laptop met my expectations for everything I needed it to do. I am a game developer, so I chose a 2 in 1 laptop so I could switch between using a keyboard to write code, and also use it like a tablet for drawing art and other assets for my games. It works perfectly with the Wacom Bamboo Ink Smart Stylus. This laptop performs very well and I did not experience any lag in any of the programs I tried to run on it. I was also able to run most of my games on it. It's no gaming laptop, of course, so it lacks a dedicated GPU, but I was still able to play games with an alright frame rate as long as I turned down some settings. Overall, this is a great 2 in 1 laptop and is great for doing just about anything, though it may be a bit pricey for some people.

Good computer. Has lasted me 3 years so far. No complaints aside from the backlight keyboard being hard to see at times
