Its been more than a month now and just loving it.

Excelent computer, very good capacity nice colors.

I love how it can be flipped over to use as tablet

I Just love it!! But when the whole screen is black, the right most part of the screen is of yellow tinge! I actually bought it in black friday sale!! I m not sure whether I can exchange the laptop with the same version! Any help would be appreciated

The computer is beautiful but was heavier than I expected. Then I spent over 4 hours trying to get it set up! It shouldn't have been that hard! I had a Lenovo previously and took this HP back to buy another. I got that set up in less than an hour.

I am computer illiterate, so I've had trouble using this . Every time I try to do something, it doesn't let me. Even my older children have had a hard time helping me with that. They don't understand why it doesn't let me do certain things

A week after I purchased this laptop it suddenly spazzed out and the Geek Squad couldn't fix it so they replaced it and that was great. The next one I got has had a few issues: 1) The "temporary files" continously need to be removed because they make the laptop slow. 2) One time when they removed the temporary files I lost all my apps on my laptop and had to reset the entire computer. 3) For the past couple of weeks the monitor that is plugged into the laptop goes off and on and the Geek Squad tries to fix it but it keeps coming back. I replaced the HDMI cord to no avail. They said the issue is in the software of the computer. I may have to replace it soon sadly.

I bought this for my wife and was so dissapointed how slow the processor was. It took for ever for things to open up. The graphics on the screen were poor because everything looked blurry. I so not recommend this PC to anyone.

Had Best Buy Geek squad transfer files. Programs wouldn't access the file. Waste of money there. Should have done the file transfer myself. Had one program that I needed on this pc that wouldn't run. Returned pc.

The Geek Squad member that sold me this laptop was 100% sure that I could use a digital pen with it. However, after trying three separate pens and spending a ridiculous amount of time trying to get someone to talk to me at HP support, I have finally been informed by HP that there is no compatible digital pen on the market for this laptop. It took me 6 months to save up for the specialized landscape software I wanted and now I can't even use it. And of course, I am well outside the return period. Bottom line - Don't trust a Geek Squad member and don't buy this laptop if you want to draw!

A little too big and heavy for what I was looking. But I needed a new laptop immediately because I was leaving on a business trip and my old one died. They didn't have anything smaller with an i7 processor.

The computer is great for storage, but seems to get hot easy and cord box gets hot too. When you move curser over stuff sometimes it clicks it on its on. Hoping its just because its knew and I'm not use to it.

I purchased two of these and returned one within a week after my IT person couldn't even figure out how to get it communicate with anything. The other works alright, sometimes goes to sleep prematurely.

Left hinge problem is unavoidable and HP refuses to fix it unless you pay some outrageous charge. Literally 1 year and 20 days later (20 days out of warranty now and a week after I paid off my Best Buy financing), the left hinge on my screen game undone and when closing the computer broke the bottom right of my screen.. HP refuses to acknowledge that this is a widespread problem and said they would fix it for $410 (over 50% of the original price). Google "HP hinge" to find out more. It is a shame because otherwise the computer runs well.

I've have purchased 3 HP laptops over the last 10 years. Still have 2 and one of them I purchased in 2012 and is still running great for a back-up. So I went with another HP because the last one was so good. But, in just two weeks I started having issues with it and less then 30 days the Geek Squad tech said the hard drive went. Not impressed so much with HP anymore, not even a month out the door and it's already having major issues.

Works very well and it works . A little heavy compared to the competition out there. Has had too many read re-boot and start up problems for a brand new HP products .

It is a ok laptop. The price of this laptop is good. However, it is not powerful laptop. So, I had to return it and got macbook pro instead; it is a huge different with macbook pro.
