Please don't think it's best because of 16 gig Ram and i7 processor ... it's just a stupid slow and messed up machine ... ,, even HP doesn't take responsibility for low speed .... Multi tasking is a joke ,,, when you open two or three browsers it get freezing and just a restart is the solution ,

I purchased Microsoft Office package, but the geek squad could help me set up outlook with my carrier.

Worst decision to buy and I will not recommend buying this laptop to anyone..... Free advice....!

I really did like this laptop, it's light and has a great sound system. But I wanted a bigger screen.

I purchased this computer in April of 2017, In August the keyboard, touch pad AND touchscreen failed.I took it in for warranty service. Since it was internal the local store had to send it out for service. It was gone for 12 days. I picked it up 8 days ago. Today the touch pad, and keyboard failed again. Back to ask for a refund on this dud! :(

It's kind of heavy but has a lot of uses. I liked that is has the ability to become a tablet.

This computer has been blocking up frequently. I am figuring out if it is a software issue.

Purchased Nov 2016. Unit worked fine and met all my expectations. Appromimately two months ago the right hinge seized and I was unable to close the laptop. Being a laptop I would expect the hinge to function. You can't carry it very easy with the top open. Because of this I a unable to recommend a 2 in 1.

I love this laptop but it does not stay connected to my wi-if, which drives me nuts.

Dark screen ! Poor ilumination even after I adjusted computer to max light intensity !

The computer is pretty slow in my opinion and had trouble turning it on first use.

Had the laptop for less than 24 hours before the charger stopped working. Went back for an exchange and they didn't have any left. Ordered another for store pick up and it has been delayed twice already. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter and now I have to find something different. Will not be purchasing another Hp.

Doesn't have a DVD drive if you need that, the rest is basic reliable computer.

Computer works well. It did not seem to have enough space for my sons games.

Debating on taking this back if I cannot figure out why there is so much image vibration on the screen. Sometimes it flashes so much it gets hard to write. And sometimes the touch screen malfunctions and either freezes or over responds. Maybe because I am running Ubuntu along with Windows 10 and its not happy about it.

We decided to upgrade our desktop to a laptop and it has saved us time and space.

Watch out for the battery loses power very fast.. I keep in plug in for use

my system is slow and it is restarting again and again. i did all updates and i am using total internet security. i really dont know what was actual problem.if i get any chance i would like to exchange with another laptop of same kind. i am really interested in HP but this laptop is not up to the mark.

I had good deal from Bedt Buy. I am satisfied with my new laptop
