This is your low to mid average laptop. Not too happy with it.

Hands down the worst laptop/computer that I have ever purchased. It only stays connected to the wifi when you are within 5 feet (and have line of sight) to the router. It is the ONLY device that I have that doesn't stay connected to the wifi. I have taken it to GeekSquad twice to have it tested and they say it is fine. If I walk the laptop around the corner (10 feet from the router) it loses the wifi signal. I have to sit on my fireplace (3 feet from the router) for it to stay connected consistently. I have an old desktop upstairs (more than 100 feet away from the router) and that works fine and never loses connectivity. I will NEVER buy another HP laptop/computer/device again. Huge waste of money

A little too heavy. it is OK, but macbook pro is much better.

Needs more usb inputs. 1 isnt enough. No lighted keyboard

HP - HP Envy x360 2-in-1 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - Silver this laptop will go into a power saving mode after just 2 minutes of inactivity. This causes the screen display and system goes into hibernation. I know what you are thinking it is just a simple power management setting of Microsoft Windows Operating System. Totally wrong; I tried everything even a number of calls to Geek squad and HP laptop support with zero success on the problem. Also; the video clips run under Google Chrome but not Microsoft Edge web browser software. I miss Compaq laptop's design and quality brand. HP destroyed Compaq that was a great made in America Company that was located in Tomball, Texas.

Slow to start,.. become freeze aften,... sold as new, but seems that was used before..... very heavy in weight,.. good resolution but no brightness low contrast,... important that came with bluetooth with very good range Ccost-benefit ratio: bad

I purchased this Computer and after i went through the initial set up of local information the Screen went black and the cursor was the only thing that worked. After several attempts i got in touch with Geek Squad and they said it must be a manufacturers defect and i needed to return it to the store. I have used one of these in the past and had no issues. I will review again one i get the replacement. I will also be submitting an issue to Best Buy. Now that i need to contact the store and speak to someone about having the replacement ready and tested so i dont waste another hour of driving back and forth to find out if the device works, I cant reach the store directly.

I brought first laptop of this model with 12gb ram in sam's club, it gets hang up and heating fan runs continuously all time with noise, and it takes more than 5 mins to open google chrome. I thought problem with chrome so I did uninstall chrome, it took more than 15 mins to uninstall. I have problem again after reinstalling, Finally I brought same model with 16 gb ram this time, I have same problem with google in this laptop. it takes over 5 mins to open google and uninstall of program takes for ever. Its been just 10 days buying laptop and it started hanging up. fed up with this model. HP TOTALLY LOST MY TRUST OVER THEIR LAPTOP PRODUCTS.

Bought this for my son going to college. After one week of casual use the laptop refused to power on. Tried many post d remedies to no avail. Returned for a full refund.
