Easy to set up. Found the internet and was easy to register. installed Office 365 with ease, was writing a word document in minutes. The unit isn't the lightest, but its well built and not too heavy. I highly recommend this unit!

I reviewed the computer in the store and then looked up reviews on the internet. The website was easy to use and it was easy to order the computer I wanted with the options I wanted. The computer arrived on time well packaged and as advertised. I was replacing an Hp Vista computer so there was a learning curve. I find it fairly easy to use. I bought this computer from BestBuy with the understanding they would help me if I had issues in the first 30 days. I was disappointed in the BestBuy geek squad when I had an issue in ten days. They said in order to help me, I needed to purchase a service agreement. I was very impressed with the HP customer support. They willingly helped me in a matter of ten minutes...all of which BestBuy could have done. I recommend the computer, but not BestBuy.

Very please with my Envy! For the price I couldn't find an all-in-one laptop with a faster processor or as much RAM. Would definitely recommend for an affordable business laptop. Tablet feature works flawlessly with no lag.

Is a great computer for the price l will recommended to my family and friends is great for school and college l will be using for editing movies and doing my homework is really a fun computer and easy to use . I love it

overall a good computer. I have had issues with the touch pad not working, would have to restart for it to work. fan seems to be always running, loud. display is incredible, sound is really good, speed is above average

Great features such as touch screen and key board. Very versatile machine. 16 GB ram gives plenty of memory for games or business. 1 TB hard drive is great for the photo storage I need. Great product. Highly recommend.

My kids each got one of these for a Christmas gift. So far they seem to be a good purchase. The computer is light and easy to carry. They love the 2 in 1 feature. Speed is good. Considering getting another for work.

I had an HP Envy before, so when I upgraded I wanted one again. I love how thin and light the computer is and love all the features it provides. I definitely think it's a good price for all the features you get.

Much lighter & faster than my old laptop. Nice big screen, like the touch screen and tablet options. Only complaint is that it gets really hot and I can't leave it flat on my lap when I'm wearing shorts.

The computer has a very big screen. My daughter loves it. It is perfect for her to use for home and school . She is very happy with the computer it is very easy to use.higly recommend it to someone else

The computer is very lightweight and easy to carry around. I doubt I'll use it as a tablet very often but the screen is very responsive. It's good for light gaming as well. Very glad I made this purchase,.

I purchased this laptop after my six year-old computer finally died on me. For the price, my only complaint is I wish my battery would last a little longer! I've already had to request a battery replacement through HP/Geek Squad because it was dying after every two to three hours of use. As a student, I find it important to have a portable computer that doesn't require me to drag around a charger all the time. Since the new battery, I've noticed a little bit of improvement but I'll have a much better idea once my new semester starts this fall. Aside from this, I appreciate that there is good memory storage and everything else appears to be working perfectly after about seven months of use!

Excellent Laptop. Have been using it for my DJ service and it has been very reliable and powerful for such a minimal price. This is my second HP laptop within the last year. Both are outstanding!

My computer had literally worn out so walked in Best Buy with several criteria - no black keyboard ( hard to see) and easy touch, fast and Outlook friendly. This computer is so fast and user friendly!

Needed a laptop to do just the normal stuff. Bills, searches, etc. This thing has gone above and beyond with its lightning speed, lightweight, and awesome compatibility. Definitely recommend it to anyone.

I like this computer, battery goes flat too fast. I have gotten into the habit of carrying the charging cord everywhere I go. Like the touch screen and it's fast! Highly recommend this computer.

This is better than I thought. I needed a new laptop for the software I'm running but didn't want to spend a lot of money to buy a gaming computer. It's fast, touch screen works great and so far so good.

Bought this laptop on black Friday for my grandpa. The first thing we upgraded was to add an m.2 ssd to it. It's kinda sad that ssd's have not gotten more main stream. As for the other features the 360 hinge design works well its a feature he requested when we started looking for a laptop and then the second curve ball was he wanted a 15 inch screen. Luckily as this met his 2 requirements and had the i7 i wanted for him as well as usb c. If it came with an ssd, and the first one did not have power problems it would have been 5/5. I would scores it a 4.5 if i could because it does have a m.2 slot but you will also have to find a screw for it as hp does not include one by default.

I am a Sony girl, I even pay full price for the Sony phones and get them shipped from over season. Since Sony no longer makes laptops and mine had a fall I went and bought quite a few laptops before I settled on this one. Thank goodness that Best Buy has a 14 day return policy. Out of all the brands I tried and they all basically had the same characteristics this HP has the best feel, keyboard is smooth and not loud when you type, the touch screen has excellent pictures quality and when you use it as a tablet it actually feels like a tablet. Over all excellent laptop. If there was one thing I would change and not actually change but wish I had the option to have it in black.
