It is a great computer, but I did have some issues with tech support. The HP update function did not work, so I was on the phone for two hours while they took over to solve the issue. They did not, so they wanted to reboot. I returned the computer to BestBuy, got a new one and had the same problem. I called tech support again, and this time I got hold of a person, who also took over the computer, knew what she was talking about and solved the issue. Now I am fully satisfied.

Great 2 in 1, fast, quiet, powerful 7th gen i7. This HP features a great design, and the price makes it and excellent choice.

Most bang for your buck great quality laptop love the touchscreen tablet mode and it is pretty quick for an I5 processor

The laptop is easy to set up. It is fast and the hinges are very smooth to fold it over and use it as a tablet.

I got this after talking to my dad (network engineer) and reading reviews online. This is a great machine. My dad says it would last a long time. Very stable platform. Touch screen is very responsive without being extra sensitive. My only complaint is that it looks A LOT like a MacBook. I have to correct ppl all the time. Also, I had to get a privacy screen because it is a very high profile display. Great for Netflix watching, not so great for Netflix watching at work.

Started off looking for a new computer in the $500-$600 range but then found this one on sale for $800. Obviously a little more than I wanted to spend but it has all the bells & whistles. Perfect size, with a ton of memory, backlit keyboard & extremely fast!!...just to name a few & not to mention it's a 2 in 1. As with most things you get when you pay for & this computer is no exception. 100% worth the extra $ I spent and nice to know it will last more than just 2 or 3 years!

So much faster than our previous laptop. Love the touchscreen and flip over to use like a tablet. So far so good!

We bought this for my dad as a replacement for an older lenovo. He is in love with the touch screen!!!! He probably won't be able to utilize all of the features on this amazing machine, but at least we know this will last him a long time!!!! A guy that isn't that computer savvy, has the best machine in the family!!!!!

Easy to use and switch to tablet mode. Good size screen and useful keypad.

Really good computer for student, has loads of storage and is fast. Only downside is that the fan is very loud.
