Bought this computer so do some high performance work. Nice looking exterior and the screen is very sharp. My only two minor issues are the fan can be a little loud when running CPU intensive apps and there are two small strips of rubber on the sides of the keyboard that seem to be right where your palm sits. It's a fine laptop that will meet heavy use needs. There's no Ethernet port but you can by a usb3.0 adapter that works great.

I bought it for office you and the good thing is that it has 16GB RAM. but it does'nt act like 16GB RAM, sometimes it is very slow and I need to restart it. The Fan Sound is very bad. The guy who sits near my cabin knows that I have to office by listening to the fan sound it makes.

I replaced my old laptop when the hard drive died. I love its touchscreen feature and its slim design.

Very fast PC in general. Start up boot time and log in is great. Did take a lot off hours of downloading Windows 10 newest Version 1607. Also HP updates and a lot of driver updates in Device Manager, also them Apps updates.Care less for Mcafee 30 day trial, removed Mcafee. After hours of setting up this PC I am an extremely thrilled with the quality this PC delivers. Good picture quality. Not a single issue with PC, Thanks HP & Best Buy,

This computer met all my expectations. It is light and very fast for all the tasks I need to perform.

The laptop is excellent in terms of performance. The only things that kept me from giving it a five was that it doesn't have an Ethernet port and only two USB 3 ports. It does have a USB C port, but I don't currently have any need for that as I don't have any type C devices. I like that the lid folds back a full 180 degrees and can stand up in an A-frame position. The image inverts automatically so it remains upright.

It's lightweight and easy to use. Has enough power and memory to help me with everything I need.

No problems very well built hinges are solid it stays in place. i7cpu 16gb ram is fast as lighting

Best Buy is the best place to buy laptops.i would recommend others to get this laptop from Best Buy

This laptop is very thin which is nice. The lit keyboard is fantastic and the computer runs fast.

We purchased the HP Spectre for our son for his 4 years in high school. It's a fantastic laptop, but a little pricey. This Envy was similar although with more memory and a bigger hard drive. The biggest difference is in the hard drive. Spectre has an SSD; this is standard hard drive. Slower to perform and boot up, but I probably would not have noticed if I had not used the Spectre. We expect to have this for years.

I bought this laptop for my college age son. He loves the touch screen feature. Very easy to use.
