I'm an architecture student and a diehard Apple lover. I have the top of the line mac book pro for school but had to bootcamp it since most programs are for pc. I bought this and it's such an amazing computer. Just a heads up - it is slow. I run multiple programs at the same time such as adobe creative cloud, autoCad, rhino, arcGIS, etc. The hardrive was slow. I replaced it with a ssd and this computer can handle anything!

It took me a little getting use too, works well for presentations, sleek& and easy to use.

Like having a laptop that I can depend on. Easy to use and set up. Battery life is good.

I purchase a computer once every few years for personal and school purposes, and I felt this was a good buy. The Core i7 7th Generation is supposedly one that's on-par with what's current these days, so as far as internet browsing, Office documents, etc., the computer "works" the way it's supposed to. If you're not looking to spend over $1,000 but still want a decent computer with the basics, this is a good one.

This thing is powerful the touch screen is just like an iPad. It does this thing when I'm hungry it asks if it should order food from these places and it gives me a list of places around like how does it know I'm hungry? I dunno but this is amazing and when people see it they are like wow, and sometimes I act stupid at work and act like it's a really big phone and flip it over and answer fake phone calls lol

Really like the touch screen and lighted keyboard. Plenty of memory for most applications.

my only regret about this laptop is i didnt do my research like i should have it has a very fast i-7 intel cpu but a very slow 5400 rpm hard drive. it shows on performance tests a low transfer rate and i really should have gotten a ssd drive to match the 16gb of memory and the powerful cpu. i will be replacing the hard drive for a 500gb ssd drive for 150.00 at best buy and they will put it in for 40.00

This computer is fast and powerful. It can easily handle programs that require high-speed operation and lots of storage space for data, photographs, and videos. Its illuminated keyboard is great for low-light areas. The speaker system emits high-quality sound. It can be oriented in various positions to facilitate use under different conditions. Its thinness and light weight makes it easily transportable.

This laptop is awesome. Speed is good. Size of screen in tablet mode is great for viewing.

Very good quality laptop. Expected a bit faster since having the I7 processor and 16G of ram. Much better after installing a SSD. Read about the fan noise and agreed that it is noticeable, it also improved after changing some settings and running cooler with the SSD. In regards to the screen resolution, its better than my non-touch I5 laptop, not as bright, but kind of like the softer lite tone.

Great graphics and sound. Nice slim design and good weight. Especially like number pad.

This is a great laptop for my (then) Middle School daughter. It had everything she needed to he her assignment done for school. We thought that once she showed us that she was reliable we would get her a more "expensive" laptop but the HP Envy has gone beyond our expectations and has lasted that now that she is in High School it is still a great laptop. I am hoping it will last through college.

Great computer, easy to use. Love the touch screen and ability to flip into tablet.
