It is easy to understand and use. Very light and convenient to move around

Have been using it for a couple of weeks, mainly for internet browsing, office tasks, a little of programming. I use it at work and while traveling. I payed $892 total, with taxes and with a $130 one year warranty. POSITIVE ------------------------------------ For those tasks, I am very happy with : * processor speed (it is an 7th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-7500 processor) * memory (1TB hard drive). * size/weight (4.79 lbs) ratio. But I am a bit iased because my previous laptop was a whale. * cameras and microphone quality. Tested for skype, videos, teleconferences. * screen size. The touch screen is a big plus I underestimated, and that I really enjoy while using this computer to browse, and want to show my colleagues slides/some visual work. NEUTRAL ------------------------------------ I am not using the 360° flip-and-fold design that much, but it has been convenient to have, for example while working on a plane. NOTES ------------------------------------ *Ports types (3 USB 3.1 ports, 1 HDMI output, 1 microphones) are limited compared to my previous laptop, even though this is more and more common. I am planing to buy and HDMI to VGA adapter. *Similarly, the absence of CD reader removes some possibilities such as watching DVD, and installing program by CD.

I had to return this item because I did not like how flimsy the display seemed to be. When I had it set up as a laptop and needed to use the touch screen, it would seem to move back and forth a few times after tapping on it. Overall it is a good product. Speed was good. Didn't have anything fail in the short time that I had it. Only the screen bothered me.

I got this for the man in the house. This was an upgrade from his 2010 HP. It has enough space to never worry about work or saving things. It also has the cool feature of being able to act as a tablet and has a touch screen. All in all it was well worth the money and his excitement to get such a beautifully crafted machine that I am sure will last for years to come.

I purchased a HP ENVY WITH windows 10. Love its performance so far.The Best Buy Geeks installed necessary programs. The sales associate answered my questions thoroughly, even offered a less expensive model, however I chose the computer for its memory capability. My sales associate personally called other stores to locate it and had it shipped in for me the next day!
