Great powerful laptop for the price

The only thing I have noticed is that when the keyboard is folded all the way back for tablet mode, it covers the cooling vents and does get pretty hot. Not much of a problem for me as I don't use this a a tablet other than the one time to test it out.

Surprisingly fast!

The shortcuts in wins 10 along with the touch capabilities make this laptop great for photo and video editing software. The only thing I upgraded was the harddrive to a ssd and I can breeze through multiple tasks without let up.

A really versatile device with great specs/value$

Best Buy had the best price and beat the other box stores and the online only stores by far! If you want PC power and specs with tablet also capability this is an excellent choice for less than half the price of comparable models.

Fast laptop

It is solidly built and blazing fast, and has been compatible with all my programs. The reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because there is no disc drive in it, which means you have to buy one that plugs into it and I haven't found one that is very good. But, other than that I would recommend this laptop

I update and get a new computer about every 4 years and am always blown away how much faster the computers get. After setting up my laptop and updating Windows 10, I was surprised by many of the updates I have put off for my prior computer. I would buy this computer again in a heartbeat.

Super fast and screen is very clear. Buyer beware of the protection plan. Screen on computer cracked (not sure how but probably from dog) and when computer was replaced the protection plan was ended even though I had 2.5 years left on 3 year deal. Protection Plan is total scam.
