The only thing that I am not sure I like is that you can't turn off the lights to the keyboard if you don't need them. If you turned them on they stay on! Other then that it's a great computer that will last through college.

Solid buy- good value

Optimally I would like it to have been a little bit smaller, and with HD screen resolution, and my kids say it seems slow compared to their MacPros, but it's fine for me and MUCH less expensive than their school-required Mac Pros. Glad I purchased it.

I did a lot of research before buying this laptop.

I'm so excited that this laptop has the ability to be a tablet, it can be propped up to use as a teaching screen or set it up just to watch a movie! I love to type, and this is the laptop of my dreams! I am just starting to test it's other abilities I will be sure to come back with today's.

so far so good...

Great battery life (8 hrs +) under normal working load. The only thing I don't like is the charger...the cord could have been designed to wrap around the block instead of bundling and velcro'ing at a random spot.

Case construction is good. Bang & Olufsen speakers are super. Just beware (for those of you in the Idiot's Club, of which I am a lifetime member) I just assumed it came with a DVD player. Nope. If you need that you will have to purchase an add on.

I didn't know what I wanted, just what I needed.

I think I did well by listening to the best buy salesman. I didn't break the bank, and this thing is just as fast as laptops twice the price. Plus they told me it's fully upgradable which I love.

The sales rep was fantastic in explaining all of the features of the laptop and was able to show comparisons to some what comparable products. Very easy to use. Sleek design. Plenty of memory and storage. Absolute great purchase.
