This laptop was useful in almost every way, especially for its price. The large screen was great, I enjoyed watching videos on it. The picture quality was awesome. The keyboard felt nice and comfortable. While I wouldn't choose to use this in tablet mode, I did enjoy the option to flip the screen all the way around. So almost all in all, it provided a quality experience. However, the issue lies with the touchpad. It gave me multiple issues from the moment I first turned the laptop on. At first I thought I was just being knitpicky. But as I used it more and more I realized there was definitely something off about it. As I went online and read reviews about this laptop I discovered there were others who had a similar issue. While I'm sure this issue is not present on every copy of this laptop, it still is a very annoying one.

I needed an upgraded computer as my 7 year old laptop i5 wasn't keeping up. The HP i7 runs great with much more capacity.

This laptop was a replacement for my wife. It has great speed and processor power. The 1TB hard drive gives her the storage she needs for all of her digital needs. The only drawback to it is it's got some heft to it. I wouldn't call it really heavy, it just has more weight than I expected it to have.

I have outlook, word and PowerPoint or excel open all day. at least 4 open browser windows. then pull up Lightroom and photoshop together a few times a day. everything runs smoothly. have the memory and power to perform all my tasks. plenty of disk space. my only suggestion would be another USB port.

After reading other reviews, I decided on the HP Envy. I have not been disappointed yet. The processor breezes with the few programs I utilize. I still have not gotten accustomed to the 10 key to the right side of the keyboard. The screen has great graphics and movies are great on it. So far no problems.

I read the reviews about the loud fan and I don't have an issue. I love the freedom to use as a tablet or laptop. My kids love it too. Seems pretty durable. It's so light weight compared to my dell laptop of a dinasour that I find it very portable. 10 key is a must with my line of work.. no complaints.

I love my new laptop! Best Buy offered geek squad to set up my new computer but I declined as I wanted to set it up myself. It worked great. I love the new windows 10 operating system. Even though I didn't buy the solid-state model, it boots up very quickly. Way faster than my previous windows 7 model.

I have had this convertible about three weeks. It replaced a high-end laptop that was becoming a repair issue. It has good processor power, RAM, and hard drive capacity. It is about half the weight of my previous unit, which wasn't chosen for portability. I have only used it once away from home, and the 15.6" notepad was a huge format for what I was doing. (It was great, not too big.) The only knock I have against it is the shiny white-on-silver key tops. I am not a touch typist, and the lighting where I do most of my "work" is in the den while watching TV, etc. With the general lighting mostly in front of me, the letters are hard to recognize. I sort of know where they are after many years of hunt-and-peck, but if I do start looking, I have to twist my head around to get a view of various parts of the keyboard. A revised keyboard with a light-on-dark matte finish, or an illuminated keyboard would be much easier for me. I'll try to update these comments after I test a few more features. I would buy it again, if the keyboard is changed.

This is a good laptop. For the price, the specs are great. I usually have to increase ram but not this time. Didn't think I would like using it in tablet mode but I was wrong. A little large for a tablet imho but very a convenient feature.

This is our first new computer in 7 years and we couldn't be happier! The speed of the processor, to the size of the hard drive has given us fantastic possibilities not only for current needs but for the future as well. We were looking for an affordable laptop for college and we did it here. This one is perfect. Works fast and have plenty of gadgets that can be helpful for every type of work you may need. We had purchased a different laptop and realized we had made a mistake. My wife runs a home based business and needed a laptop that could manage several emails, hundreds of files, and take with her to business meetings. This laptop is working out perfect and giving presentations is so easy with this.

Great computer fast and love the touch aspect. Would give 5 stars if not when I asked is it the latest up to date they said yes then one week later its discontinue at best buy they have new one coming out . I wish could of got newer one

I love my HP Envy x360! I love the versatility of being able to use it as a laptop or a tablet. And the touch screen capabilities are so, incredibly convenient. I read all kinds of reviews on all kinds of laptops for several months before settling on this one, and I am super pleased with my choice.

I really enjoy using this laptop does everything I need it to for personal use and college. Only downside to this laptop is that it is not compatible with any active stylus. I ended up buying the Adonit jot pro stylus to write and draw using the touchscreen of this laptop and it works great!

I bought my ENVY 360 about a month ago. The processing speed has been great, so far. I run several programs at once, including streaming live, internet browsing, and other applications with no freezing or lagging. The display is great. I love the tablet mode option for running split screens. Note: Tablet mode will not work, when the device is connected to more that one monitor, but you can of course still use multiple monitors at once. The battery life is pretty good for heavy use, at around 6 hours. It lasts much longer depending on how the device is being used. The only troublesome issue I have had - twice since I bought my ENVY 360 is the ghost taking over my computer. When I logged back in to my sleeping laptop, the pointer was uncontrollable- jumping all over the screen, clicking any and everything - going haywire, as if someone else is controlling the computer. I could not control the pointer with the trackpad, mouse nor with the touch screen. The only thing I could do to stop it, is restart the computer.

Great laptop useful and I can utilize as tablet also..facilitating my movements inside home and outside

After asking people about different laptops, I went with this one. I use my laptop mainly for personal things and internet. I don't do gaming on it. I am happy with the speed of the computer, the picture quality. I am still learning how to navigate around the window program and how to find things.

This is replacing my last HP that I had for 4 years, and I must admit that I even like the feel of this one even better. The images on the screen are much more crisp and bright. I love the Windows 10 due to its ease of use. This one was on the pricier side of my budget, but so far I have no regrets.

I purchased this pc to replace the other one that I have and I like how it feels, the quickness of the apps that come on and mainly the speed of the pc itself plus the way it has the two in one laptop built right in. I would recommend this laptop to anyone that was wanting to purchase a new one.
