The screen is large, the display is well-lit, the graphics are vibrant, and it runs quickly. The touch pad is big and easy to click, but also quiet. The built-in camera is grainy but still better than most laptops on the market. The touchscreen is responsive and simple to use. It's easy to carry despite its size. The rubber lines on the bottom of the machine do their job of preventing sudden movement very well. The keys aren't clacky and loud. There are only two cons for me: video games don't run very smoothly and the up and down arrow keys are way too small. The designers of the keyboard kept the compact, 15.6" laptop keyboard on this enormous 17.3" model instead of expanding it to fill up the 1.5+ inches of space on either side. If you use a lot of keyboard shortcuts or play video games then consider the annoyingly tiny arrow keys before you buy, but if you're a very casual user then it doesn't matter much.

My laptop is full of features and very easy to use. The one suggestion I would have for future buyers is to research prices prior to purchasing. I purchased my laptop and had to go back to the store because it was reduced significantly in price within a matter of days.

Works great so far. Easy to maneuver through different programs. Disappointed that I had to purchase Microsoft Works at an annual premium to have the current version of Microsoft Word. The screen has a clear picture. It's somewhat heavy but not unusual for its size.

This is a good computer. I thought the 2 in 1 and touch screen feature would be nice, but I haven't used it that way, so it isn't a necessity for me. I had Geek Squad set it up for me initially and i have not had any problems with it. (I've only had it for a month.)

For the power this is supposed to have, it is slow. Yes, it has a fan, and yes, it can get a tad bit loud, but for anyone who has ever had a desktop or laptop before it shouldn't be a problem. Overall it is an okay computer. Not worth it for the price compared to similar models. Had to return original purchase as the laptop didn't finish booting up and froze. I was nervous when a woman behind me in line was returning the exact same laptop. The speakers are pretty good, the 2-in-1 feature works well, however, sometimes when starting the computer it gets confused. I'd suggest if you're spending this amount of money to look for something different. Keep in mind - all of these issues may be due to windows 10......

Overall, a good buy. Fast, lots of space, and nice touch screen. However the lack of a formal right-click button annoying (helpful to adjusted the zone for the touchpad). Also still not a big fan of Windows 10.

I love this laptop. It's my first touchscreen and I think ita perfect. It's on the heavy side is the only thing I can say can some times be inconvenient. Speakers work great. I've had it over 2 years now and have no issues with it.

This computer has so many features. The 1TB hard drive is awesome and has eliminated my need for an actual desktop. The sleek design and compactness of the laptop are great. I am an HP fan, but this is by far the best product I have purchased from them! Very satisfied.

For a powerful i7 seventh generation processor I expected more. The mouth pad is large but clumsy, the keys on the key board are not soft to touch. I had problems from the beginning connecting to Windows 10, It would do it only after restarting a few times. Once connected the overall performance was rather slow, and I did not do anything intense at the time, just a regular browsing and researching stuff. My 4-year old laptop with a i7 processor is faster than this one. The graphic and colors are very nice, and the overall design is awesome! I would love to use it in a tablet capacity. Did have the extended insurance, but was not comfortable with going through a process of fixing a practically new machine and keeping it.

I bought this computer on sale for under $700. It has an excellent keyboard, and once I replaced the hard drive, it has incredible speed and loads quickly. The screen does have several areas of backlight bleeding, but it does not bother me. All in all, a great value.

I have purchased 3 of these computers, for my college kids and my work. It has all the features I need as a CPA and my kids college classes. We have had them for several weeks and haven't run into any issues. It is lightweight and has a great keyboard.

Great system for the price. Easy to setup and get online with Windows10. Love the terrabyte hard drive, 16GB of RAM and Core i7 Intel processor - great performance for my needs. In-store sales team members were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient.

I went in to get a laptop and the guy showed me this one and im glad i went with it. Very fast and tons of memory. I use it for video editing and i must say i am very impressed. Id recommend this to anyone.

This computer took me a little getting used too! Touch screen! I've not had one like this before. Can I just say loving it!! I need the number pad on my right because I do quite a bit of invoicing and this machine is great. Suits all our home and business needs.

I wish I could afford the "gamer" model, but after using this for just a few weeks, it is all I need. Love the x360 feature. Great for reading manuals while the training instructor goes through the lecture. Slim, fairly lightweight and good looking machine!

I love this laptop, by far the finest I've ever owned. Its FAST and it feels luxurious and rock solid. The fit and finish is beautiful, the feel of the key board and case work is high end all the way. It feels and runs like a MacBook Pro at triple the price.

So far my computer is far smarter than I am as it can do so many more things than my old one. However, I am learning. Everything works well and coupled with the intelligent friendly service I have come to expect from Best Buy, I am happy with my purchase.

So far I am loving my new laptop. I broke my laptop few years back and I would always use my smart phone. I am so glad I bought my self this laptop for my birthday. My coupon that best buy sent me for my birthday 10% off worked on this purchase as well!

I bought a laptop mainly to pay bills. I love how it flips into a tablet.

I love everything about my HP Envy just not really liking the silver color hopefully they make some skins to fit it , overall its the best laptop sound plays smooth and I love the convertible style it turns into and and the i7 processor works great !
