these computer is really nice and fast. the only complained i have is the video because sometimes when i watch in youtube the screen is not that good. But overall experience so far so good.

I play sims and my boyfriend plays runescape on my computer and it runs great. I like this computer better than any other one I have used.

I bought this laptop and returned it twice. My first Laptop had ghost touch issues, then I returned the laptop and choose the same model since I liked the beauty and configuration of the Laptop. I basically used this laptop to demonstrate a Angular 2, NodeJs programs by sharing my screen over Skype, I also had around 3 browser tabs opened. The Laptop freezes after 40 minutes, nothing responds. Had to do a force restart. After force restart, the Laptop does not respond well until at least 2 times restart. Very frequently the network used to get disconnected. Thanks to return policy that I did not loose money for a defective piece. I returned 2 pieces at same Best Buy Location. My old Laptop Sony Vaio i3, 3GB RAM, a 8 year old Laptop used to out perform this HP Envy 360 Model. My Vaio used to handle multiple tasks, browsers, programs and Screen Share over Skype without any break. I did test with all those multiple tasks continuously about 3 hours at many times.

I did lots of reviews for a long time before deciding on my HP 2-IN-1 and even though I haven't had it that long, I absolutely love it! I especially love the touch screen and the backlit keyboard.

This is my 2nd HP Envy Laptop purchase. I love the speed. The backlit keys are a plus for me. HP has defifinetly improved the speakers on this laptop. A big improvement from my old one.

My old cord and plug I just purchased at bestbuy approximately 9 months ago. It was a generic and it just stopped working. So I'm hoping the apple brand lasts longer. It certainly is a lot faster.

Have had the computer for a couple months now. So far I have been very happy with it. Windows 10 has a few quirks but the computer is very quiet and fast. Battery life has been pretty good so far

This is a good 2-in-1 laptop. The hard drive space and memory was the best value of everything Best Buy had. I do have a few minor complaints. First, some of the programs and auto-update features were buggy and had to be reinstalled by HP tech support (side note, I contacted them through the chat box, and gave them remote access, and they did everything themselves, resolved my issue very fast). Second, the graphics seem kind of fuzzy, especially in the Microsoft Edge browser. Tried to play with the settings a little to fix it but no luck so far. Otherwise I'm happy with the computer, I would recommend if this is in your price range and fits your memory/hard drive needs.

I was looking for a laptop for business that had the latest features, like the touch screen and 2-in-1 (laptop/tablet) capability. This one has all that plus 16Gb of memory and a 1Tb hard disk.

I love it! Was wanting to find something I could use for meetings and take care of work at home as well. Very satisfied Haven't got a chance to use all features yet I've only had for a few days.

Bought for my son in college.. business major and needed a major laptop upgrade. This was definitely the most bang for our buck! He loves it and it will grow with him as his needs grow..

I love the flexibility and the torch screen features of this laptop.i love that it takes less than a few seconds when I turn it on.the screen resolution is amazing.i am happy with my purchase!

This laptop has all the features we needed. The speed of the processor was sufficient for work. Only drawback is the power button on the side. Most are going to that, but I dislike it.

I like this laptop; however, I was disappointed to find out that it does not support Bamboo Ink Smart Stylus Pen. The model number for this laptop is m6-aq105dx. After contacting Geek Squad, Wacom (pen manufacturer), HP and Microsoft, I concluded there is no way to make the Pen work with Windows Ink Workspace because the laptop is not "Built for Windows Ink". The laptop would pair with the pen by Bluetooth but the stylus would not work with the screen (tried both AES and MPP protocol). The button on the top of the pen will pull up the Ink Workspace but the stylus tip does not work on the screen. I downloaded the latest drivers from Wacom for the pen, but I received an error that the tablet was not supported. Apparently, model 15M-BP011DX ($929) with all of the same specs is the model I should have purchased. Just because a laptop has Windows Ink Workspace does not mean that it will work with a smart pen. Lesson learned.

This is my first laptop and I totally scored. I purchased on Thanksgiving Day 2016 and to date, no problems. I love the size, the touch screen, everything about it. Geek Squad is the greatest!

good multipurpose tablet/laptop for the money. only drawback is the old style hard drive but i cant complain too much because laptops with solid state hard drives are more expensive.

My best purchase I made in 2016, great laptop computer and came with great pre-installed software and the best price I found in all the places I checked out. Keep up the great sales guys

The nicest thing i can say about this computer is it a lemon..Hard drive crashed within the first 45 days of owning the computer. Best buy just sent to HP...5 months later-crashed again . their only plan of action is to send it back to HP...When you require a working computer for classes and have to wait 2 weeks to get it back...well lets just say i would never recommend HP or BESTBUY., they pass the buck. For large purchases i will never use best buy again. Wish i would have purchased a Mac for him, like i have..

Love this computer. Is fast, responsive and works perfect for what I need. I do a little graphic work and it takes no time at all to load my programs. Also love the tablet feature!

Laptop is smooth operating and works well but is room temp sensitive. Will get glitches when in a lil cooler book bag and brought into room temp. Pops in between screens and act screwy.
