I purchased this laptop for my mother in law for her editing business. It is nice and lite with nice features. Windows 10 on the other hand kept freezing up initially. We tried to figure out why. We set up the laptop and noticed the RAM was almost fully. Nothing on there was installed by us. Everything was on the hard drive. Going to give it a few more weeks to see if it persists

Excellent laptop. Not too big and not too small. No current problems with the computer. It's just what I wanted.

Over all this is a great laptop it has lots of great features I was in love with the laptop exept for the poor battery life .I bought this laptop brand new after a full charge it would hold baterry for 3 to 4 hours that does not work for me since I paid almost 800 dollars I was expecting a better battery. Aside from that this is a great laptop just wish battery would last longer.

Bought one for my wife and one for my daughter for Christmas. Had geek squad switch my wifes 1tb hard drive with samsung 500gb ssd. Made the computer lightning fast. Daughter was happy just as is. For what you get with this computer, was a no brainer buy on sale at 699. Even with the uogrades to my wife's, still ended up being hundreds cheaper than buying computer with same specs. By the way, the touchscreen and lighted keyboad were great adfitions to her old hp laptop.
