I've had it for a couple weeks now and it still works like new. It's still pretty fast and I enjoy it very much.

This computer is great for its touchscreen and upgraded to SSD drive for instant on computing experience.

Getting use to a touch screen on the laptop is a challenge but love that it converts to a tablet easily

This laptop was a step up in terms of looks, from my Dell Inspiron that I'd had previously, but within the first two years (literally a month after the warranty expired), started having issues with the hard drive failing. During bootup, it began to spin out, taking over 10 minutes to get everything loaded. I would occasionally just restart because it was taking so long that I worried it was stuck. Eventually, it would not load the home screen at all, or when it did, everything would be really slow and frozen, taking forever to load, and couldn't even access the internet. Finally, the hard drive simply failed and would not even load. Less than 2yrs old! I had to send it off to repair the hard drive for a total of almost $300 and 3 weeks of my time. Since I can't be without a laptop for longer than a few days, I had to buy a whole new laptop. I'm staying away from HP from now on, what a rip off! My Dell lasted almost 10 years!

Cool, innovative laptop with good battery life. Just a little too heavy to be considered very portable.
