Very fast, but also large

Very fast, great processor and screen, and has more RAM than most people need. Unfortunately this laptop is also very large. I have 2 other 15" laptops and this one is about 1" longer and 0.5" wider than both of them. If you're looking for a desktop replacement laptop, this is a great buy. Unfortunately I was looking for something a little more portable

Glad to be back to HP
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had HP laptops for years. Last time I tried Lenovo and I'm so glad to be back to HP! This one's lighter. The battery lasts much longer. I love the way HP laptops work so well out of the box. There's no Ethernet port but it wasn't hard to get a USB adapter and it's well worth the slimmer profile. Looks sharp and sound is now much better. Good, bright screen. I'm trying Geek Squad for the first time. I'll let you know.

The reason I chose this particular one was the number key pad on the side. I do not like using the top buttons so this was a great feature for me. I have not used it as a tablet much yet, but like how easy it is. There were a few minor glitches but as soon as the windows update went through I haven't had an issue since.
