We kept looking at this HP for many reasons: it's 2-in-1, lightweight and SO much cheaper than a comparable Apple laptop. This thing is AMAZING. Cortana works great, I also love the back lit keyboard and doing everything from lists, to listening to music (great speakers!) to shopping is a breeze.

Great except keyboard

I don't like the look of the silver keys with silver panel. Seems to blend too much especially when the backlit lighting is turned on. Didn't like the feel of the keys either. This is all minor tho. Just a preference. Overall if you got this on sale it's a great laptop.

I love my HP Envy

I had never used and ASUS before and people at Best Buy told me it was the best brand out there, but it was really inconsistent from the day I bought it and then a year later it crashed. I have always been a HP user and I went back to what I know and I love, love, love it.

Computer is great but ..........................

Windows 10 and Office 365 has almost driven me to drink. Never before have I had to spend time on the phone with HP, Microsoft, and the Geek Squad. They were very helpful but 10 and 365 sent me into more than sticker shock. Maybe time will heal.
