This laptop is excellent for my needs. I love the fast processor and I love the fact that it's a 2-in-1. The only complaint I've had so far is the loudness of the fan, however with a few modifications to the settings, that can be fixed.

I got this laptop for a replacement of an HP Pavilion for my sister. Installation was a breeze and screen quality excellent. Very quiet laptop. Fast startup and shutdown. Its reliable so far. Happy New Year! Great purchase so far..no issues.

I originally set out to buy an Apple for the longevity, portability, and power. For half the price I was able to get a more powerful computer with more features. I have been using this every day since I purchased and I do not regret.

Great computer. Sleek large screen, tons of memory and great for the price. I Would've gone with the 17 inch but I returned 3 different 17 inch HP Envys because they had manufacturing problems. So far this one is running great!

The quality is awesome, the lighted keyboard is great. I was looking for a full keyboard. The bang and olfsen sound looks better than it sounds. It is a very sturdy laptop on the heavy side though. I would recommend it for sure!

This Laptop is great. It was easy to set up and is easy to use. The Bestbuy staff made the choice easy by walking me thru this device before I purchased it and I couldn't be happier.

Alluminium shell, which looks like an MacBook Pro,which is good. Even though it has 16g RAM, I am not feeling the 16g performance. Unlike other laptop the screen is shaky. But for this price, I get a windows tab + laptop

This computer was purchased to replace the same computer (but 17 inch) that was lost/stolen. My son must like it because he picked out the same computer, just decided to go with the 15 inch which is easier to carry around campus.

I like the fact that i can use it as a laptop and a tablet. It can handle all my music and movies, perform my accounting invoices and a lot more. I also like the feel of the keyboard. All at a price that doesn't break the bank..

This computer has excellent features starting with the 2-in-1 tablet or standard laptop mode. The OneDrive storage feature since it keeps the hard-drive from getting filled up. All together it's a great buy with great features!

Exchanged an Acer I5 that was defective for the HP on Black Friday. Quite satisfied after 4 weeks of use. Still getting used to not have Right/Left Buttons - sometimes tap where I shouldn't. Only thing missing is fingerprint reader!

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it. She asked me the other day what kind of computer this was. I asked her why and she said it plays computer games that she couldn't even play on her brothers desktop computer.

This is a great "all in one" laptop that has all of the features one would want. This was actually for a friend of mine who has always used a desktop computer. She absolutely loves the dynamics and flexibility of this laptop.

Great for school and have enjoyed this laptop. It's nice to be able to switch it to tablet mode. It's light and easy to carry around. That was a selling point as I travel and needed something light. Really like this laptop.

I had to make a quick purchase when my computer crashed. This computer had all the needed features. It seems to be a great product. The only issue I have is the touchpad mouse. It is often unresponsive or over responsive.

Purchased this laptop for my son going into college. He loves it. The associate was very helpful guiding us with the right storage and capability this system had as he was a college student himself. Highly recommend this.

This is my 2nd HP laptop and HP makes a great computer. My only criticism is the screen has a little too much 'Spring' to it. When you touch the touchscreen it bounces a bit off your fingertip. Other than that very good

The Envy lives up to my expectations of HP. I got it for my husband who is a very light user. The one thing I don't like is the letters on the keys aren't bold enough for his old eyes to see easily since he hunts-&-pecks.

I do like this laptop. It is well built with the aluminum case. It is just the right size for most all occasions. I like it for the number keypad and it is not any larger than the HP Spectre that doesn't come with a numberpad.

I bought this system from the “Open Box” dale area. The price was great and the Hp system was very good. I had issues trying to migrate apps and data from my Windows 7 system, do Zi ended up returning the system.
