Computer took very little time to set up. Everything worked great except that the WiFi sometimes drops out and I have to disconnect and reconnect to the router to be able to access the internet. It may just be my router.

Far exceeds what I need but I dont need to worry about getting another laptop for years. Very fast boot up. Very nice ui. Only thing I can't say I like is the material. Scratches extremely easily. Needs a cover or case.

Great new computer and it does everything I need it to do. I just have to figure out how to best use the tablet format. It is still new to me with such a big computer screen and it is very sensitive to the touch.

This laptop has worked very well for school. The keyboard is easy to use, the touchscreen very responsive, and the speakers are great. The only thing I don't like is that it has very high screen glare.

I've had a HP Printer for yrs and I love it Now that We've gotten an HP Envy 2 in 1 Lap Top There is so much more to do on it. I love the Just ask me feature. It has been of great use when learning about the computer.

My only critical remarks focus on two things: the tiny off/on button which is hard to find; and the right-side upper case key is placed one line below the level where I normally find it. Otherwise a great laptop.

This laptop is fairly responsive but it is so skinny that it feels like I could break it at anytime. There is not a CD drive either. However the memory is adequate.

This is a good all around 2-in-1. The reason that I don't give it 5 stars is because it is a little slow booting up and has the usual HP quirks. Other than that, it is ideal for a busy accountant such as me.

The computer was great and worked perfectly until about after it got broken on one of the hinges that hold the screen. The screen started peeling off the back cover and then started working weird. The guarantee was over so we couldn't get it fixed. It seems like an isolated incident but it was an unpleasant incident and now we have to either get a new computer or buy a new screen that is not touch screen because I change the broken one and the new one peeled off again.

I love it. I carry it with me everywhere. I use it for school, class and homework. I comes handy for personal usage, save all my photos, documents, and kids activities.

I actually had this laptop for my work computer and ten switched jobs, I loved it so much I wanted one for my own. This has all the features that I needed and I love how Slim it is. Perfect balance of features

Great laptop for starting my business.....also great service by the Geek Squad. Would definitely recommend anyone buying this to take out the extra service which allows me to seek computer assistance when needed.

I would definitely recommend the computer but not the Geek Squad help. They could not get accomplished what was needed to transfer everything from the old computer to the new computer. Very frustrating.

Easy to set up and use. Love the tablet mode. Connects well to wifi, fast. My only complaint is the touch pad is not quite sensitive enough but I'm guessing there's a way to change that. Overall thumbs up!

I had shopped during Black Friday at Besy buy. The staff and overall shopping experience was excellent. One of the staff helped me carry my 50 inch TV from showroom to my car which was really nice of him.

Very happy with computer. I particularly like the spacing on the keyboard and the numbers included on the right side of the keyboard. I'm not a techie so that is about as much as I can say intelligently.

Purchased this laptop for my wife's birthday and she can't go anywhere without it! She likes the versatility and works great for what she needs to do for work, etc. Great investment! So far no problems!

I needed a new laptop to replace my one that is running Windows Vista. I have bought only HP computers for years as I have never had any problems with them. This computer has met all my expectations.

I have no complaints thus far. I really wish that laptops would have a NUM LOCK & light, like they used to. Haven't really used the tablet feature but I love having my number pad. I grew up using it.

Birthday/off to college gift our son requested. Can't wait to give it to him. He did a lot of research when asking for a new laptop. It's a surprise so hope he is as happy with it as we think he will be.
