Great computer. The only thing I don't like is that while it can turn into a tablet, you can't write on it like you can a windows surface pro. Other than that I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Finally the good one , I tried a lot before this one , top quality,screen very sharp and colorful ,everything for the best price and I'm really a difficult person. It's areal pleasure to use it everyday

Replacement for college student's old Toshiba - easy to use right out of the box. Love the number pad and sleek look and back lit keyboard. Wish it had solid state drive. Paid Black Friday price of $699.

No, this is not a 4k resolution computer, but it runs beautifully and can handle many adobe programs quite easily. The screen brightness could be brighter, but overall it is a well rounded device!

The worst laptop I have ever owned, hard drive has failed twice on me and I have even owned it a year. I am not impressed with this unit at all.

I bought this for my brother and he is using it for his academics. No issues so far and it is a perfect fit for him. Only complaint is it heats up a bit when plugged in for charging.

It's a great computer. I had a computer crisis & did not thoroughly research products. This laptop was recommended by the sales associate. I like it fine but definitely think it is too expensive.

Overall I am happy with this computer, but it is a little slower to open up than I would like. Probably would not keep me from buying it again, but it is slower than the one I am replacing.

Purchased for a relative and it worked great until the cat knocked the aquarium over, spilling its contents onto and inside of the laptop. Would buy another. This laptop. Not cat. Not Aquarium.

We had not purchased a new computer for my wife in over 10 years. Our daughter purchased a similar 2 in 1 and was very happy. We are still trying to understand all that this computer has to offer.

I am enjoying this laptop. HP makes a great product and the backlit keys help as I sometimes do not have the best light to work in. This laptop is everything I wanted and I highly recommend it.

While this is a good computer, it is slow. I had purchased it without looking into how hard it was to upgrade. Stupid me. I can do it, but it will have to wait until the warranty is through.

Side by side with a laptop that has a SSD drive, this one falls short in terms of quick startup and program launch times, but overall. Asked in my budget this is a great piece of hardware.

The laptop is really good. Everything thing is fine but I see two issues. The touchpad is not that good and it's good if laptop had inbuilt DVD player. Other than that the laptop is great.

So I have had this laptop a little over a month now.. and I love it... sound is great.. screen is nice and crisp... with the help of the best buy associate I am very pleased with my purchase...

Setup was relatively easy. Fulfilling all my needs so far. Slight aberration with the touchscreen operation. It has an intermittent glitch that disrupts operation for a time then goes away.

This computer runs well. Screen looks great, loads fast. The only thing that really suck is the battery life doesn't last as long as they say
