Overall a great computer. Some difficulty in having the computer run too much at once (I'm a professional multi-tasker!). Would definitely recommend to others.

I’ve had this computer for two years now and everything works perfectly on it. The sound is great for watching movies and the video is flawless.

Screen display very good. Not happy no DVD drive & had to buy separate. One more thing to lose. Don't like keypad. The backlight makes the keys hard to see.

This computer was purchased because of the large amount of memory it has therefore having the ability to store all of my office files so I can work from home.

Great value for the money: 16gB Memory, i7 processor & 1Tb storage. But this computer has a freezing up problem. A co-worker and I both bought the same computer. We have had issues with the computer freezing up. Powering off is the only way to recover. HP Support says the issue is junk files and poor internet. Forums have several users with the same problem. HP hasn't offered a fix.

This is a great laptop for our college student son. He likes the fact that he can convert it into a tablet. He does wish there was at least 1 more USB port.

I'm really enjoying this laptop. The only issue I've encountered is that the cursor sometimes go a little crazy, but disabling the touch screen fixes that.

It is smooth to use. The only thing is that the mouse pad is very sensitive that when I am typing sometimes it takes me to another line without knowing.

My new laptop is very portable and we really enjoy the 2 in 1 feature. Although a little big to use a tablet only in really gives you the best of both worlds.

I had a laptop before but I never made it my go to computer. I still used my desktop for most of my needs. That has changed now, this laptop is all I need.

I hate windows 10. But you must deal with it if you wants new computer. I will make it work for me. I don't like any of the operating systems out there

I did my research, and with what i need it for, i recommend this laptop to anyone who needs multiple programs open at once and to run at high efficiency.

Best buy has great customer service in helping you find correct computer you need. They also have great service when you need help or service for the computer.

Solid HP laptop, however lid is a bit hard to open with fingertips - really need to use your fingernails to open. Poor design on an otherwise great computer.
