This is a great product as an up grade with all the modern technology built in and is very easy to learn. It has versatility in it's operational functions.

The laptop that I got had a dent in it. When I returned it there were dents in three others! They blamed it on shipping/storage. The computer is super slim n lightweight but kinda slow. The mousepad sensitivity is not good either. Sometimes it won't feel me touching it when I am clearly trying to click something. Maybe another location will have better quality and storing sources.

Work on a desk top all day. It is nice to come home and relax my hands on this key board. Being able to adjust the screen allows for less eye strain.

I've only had this laptop for a couple weeks but so far it works great. Love that it has the number keypad. Great for playing movies, streaming tv shows.

Great laptop and love Windows 10! Laptop has wonderful features. The staff at Best Buy have been great and I have attended their workshops. Very helpful.

A solid, lightweight computer that's been great for college course! An odd clicking sounds sometimes occurs, but its nothing to dangerous or skeptical.

I bought this laptop on Thanksgiving day at a very reasonable price. Very fast and I like the keyboard, very comfortable to type on. Audio is good as well.

Touch screen and X360 are very nice. This laptop computer is good to use for ordinary things. It is not so excited for gaming, music or photography.

Love the look feel and haven't had any issues. Other laptops have had problems in tablet mode, this one is quick to reqognize the mode I'm attempting.
