Use the envy for both business and pleasure. Easy to flip between touch screen and tablet mode, great sound quality on the bang and olufson speakers.

Great laptop, my only complaint is because the shell is metal I get shocked if im on it and I dont have shoes on . My office floor is concrete

I've had this computer for over a month now and haven't had any problems with it. The only possible drawback is that it can get hot while using it.

It’s a great computer but it is on the bulky side. The screen is not too bright but it works great with 2nd monitor.

I try to be concise : 1. Fan made a loud noise from day one, all the time the laptop was on. 2. It kept freezing as if there was no memory to load a program while there was NONE installed on it. 3. Horizontal lines in screen as if the laptop was working for 20 years. I bought it in December 2016 and the junk quality was evident from first second. Finally I sent it for repair which took 3 weeks and guess what? Fan still makes noise though not as much as before and they repaired mother board! But they didn't address the screen so I have to send it again for 3 weeks for this **** to be repaired. Never believe all these high rating comments. The only positive thing about HP is customer service which they really get in touch with you with great care. This is my first HP laptop and definitely the last. I was fooled by: 1. People's dishonest comments and ratings 2. High end specs on paper ( (16GB RAM, 7 th gen i7 processor, etc). Hope this helps you to avoid this complete headache.

Still need some help with setting things up the way I like it. Just haven't had time to bring it back to help desk. I'm not a good reviewer.

User friendly and has the memory that I needed. I started college this year and didn't want to have to worry about memory and storage space.

Very nice machine! Everything I hoped it would be. Only thing I miss is no Ethernet port, easily added with USB-C adapter, so not a real concern

The computer looks and feels good. It has a beautiful display and the track pad feels very premium. The issue is that I paid a lot for a high spec machine because I need a fast computer, but it's always lagging. The processor is constantly racing at full speed, so it's loud and drains the battery very quickly. HP has been caught installing system-slowing spyware, so that might be the cause. Summary: Expensive and slow.

This product has not blown me away, yet is perfect for daily use. With lots of music downloads, it makes a decent laptop for at-home usage.

I have had an HP computer for some years and have been satisfied with the performance. I use it as a business computer for my home use.

This is my third HP Envy and I love it. I bought the 15" as it's easier to travel with. No complaints except that it only has two USB ports.

This is the second laptop I bought for my son (needless I did not buy the 1st one from Best Buy). He is very happy with this birthday gift.
