I purchased the PC and took it back to the store. I later realized that it was a good value.

I wish the keyboard lit up for night time use. It's really difficullt to use at night.

I got this laptop about a year ago. I had quite a few issues with it to start (the hard drive was in failure just a couple months after buying it). Now I am having trouble with the speakers (originally thought the cause was something else but it appears to be the sound system), even after having it seen by Geek Squad; sometimes they make beeping sounds or won’t function unless I restart the computer though the sound quality is very good when the speakers are working. It also seems to overheat rather quickly but given the context that may not be the case; this is my first laptop so I have nothing to compare it to. One of the feet on the bottom came off and wouldn’t stay on so I had to tape it on. Most of these issues are quite minor though. Despite these problems, it still works well for me and I love the display. As a digital artist, it’s worked very well for me with my Wacom Cintiq 13hd. I would recommend it to other artists looking for a less expensive laptop that functions decently. It’s quite quick and seems to be able to handle a lot at once, if it does get a bit noisy.

Bought this for my high school student. Perfect ... gives him all he needs and more.

Great Pc I only need to find out how to move my Email contacts and address Book from old Pc.

This is a very nice laptop. A gift from my husband, I am delighted to have such a nice gift!

I love putting it into tablet mode and playing games. Great monitor for watching Netflix.

Great for multitasking. Vibrant display and backlit keyboard make it a very bright computer.

Great picture for movies/videos. Wish the key pad lit up but not that big of a deal.

Not a fan, touch pad nonresponsive or too long to recover system when logging back in.

as long as you can get use to not having a cd rom slot in ur laptop then its pretty good

Was shopping for a 16 GB memory and this is the best option I came across at Best Buy.

After the Microsoft certificate was correctly installed, the computer is working fine.

Computer seems to be fine. Huge learning curve going from windows 7 to Windows 10!
