I needed a smaller laptop than my recent 17 inch, and this is the perfect size. The touchscreen feature works well, and the processor is able to keep up with the large amount of graphics I work with. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I am an “old lady” so I was apprehensive about having to replace my old familiar laptop. But after a few false starts, I was up & running. Enjoying the touch screen convenience. I still have a few things to learn on it but I am getting there. The size is great & picture quality is outstanding.

Waited far too long before getting this computer! It everything I wanted and more. I had a desk top for many many years that became slower and slower as time went on. Now I can take my computer on vacation and stay on top of my work.

I purchased this laptop for my mother so that she could finally move away from having a huge desktop computer and be able to use her computer anywhere in her house. It comes preloaded with Windows 10 and an online purchase and download of Office was quick and easy. The laptop itself is quick to respond and lightweight compared to other brands with similar specs. The voice commands and fingerprint reader and nice but more of a fun feature than a must have. The both work quite well and so far she has had no issues with incorrect reading of her finger or her laptop "listening" when she doesn't want it to. I would recommend for those looking for a good quality laptop for all ages which is straightforward to use and can easily be connected to the internet and be up and running after the 30 minute initial setup.

I'm giving this 1 star for a very specific reason. This machine is powerful, lightweight, super fast, great visual, and is perfect in so many ways, other than the fan that's too loud and runs too much. But it's not usable for me at all. I gave it to my fiance because i can't even reach Best Buy to do a return. I can't use it because it gave me major tinnitus issues along with severe migraines. It is 100% the laptop. It gives off a very high frequency noise that only some people can hear. You can do a test on YouTube to see if you can hear high pitch frequency by searching for a video to test it. It could also be the EMF, i don't know. If you're prone to migraines and or have vestibular issues, don't get this comp. Your vertigo and tinnitus will go from a level 7 to 10. And so i stepped using it and the vertigo eased up within 5 hours. I waited 4 days, used it again and it came right back and stayed for a few days of misery. And when it eased up, i tried it again... just to be sure it was the computer and not a coincidence. It is def the comp because it happens every time within a few hours of being on it. And it's not eye strain. The i7 computers do this to others who have complained about it. If you have similar vestibular issues, i recommend not getting a lightweight laptop and to go to an i5. The fan also makes too much noise and increases the vertigo, migraines, and tinnitus. I have zero issues when i use my i3 Dell Inspiron. I can use any i3 with no problem. I can't use any i7 unless it's a desktop. I'm writing this review in length in case anyone else has similar issues! If you do, i need to hear from you because we need to report this to safety bureaus and maybe alert the company, bbb, and consumer affairs. Not to mention, I'll never shop at BB anymore bc they couldn't be reached for a return!!!! And when i did reach someone they hung up! Twice! So even though i gave it to my fiance, i still have the effects when he uses it in another room. So... it was a $1100 mistake and i can't reach BB to do a return. Soon it'll be too late and they won't even allow a return. :(

One of my best purchases ever. It’s working great, comes out handy for my day to day work. I’m happy & would definitely recommend everyone to have one. It’s not much heavy, big screen, touch 100% It’s pretty too yay

Loving my new computer! It’s incredibly fast, was easy to get set-up and works like a dream. The screen is nice and big, but not oversized or unmanageable. I like it so much I just bought the exact same one for my new job!

It is just I need. Nice touchscreen display, crispy and very good resolution. Good for home or for bussines. 16 gb of RAM is an important feature on this laptop.

This is the best laptop that I've ever owned. I love the touch screen and being able to Sync my phone to my laptop. I also like that you can use it like a tablet or ipad by folding it the other way. It well worth the money.

Had this laptop one month ... and it has been great so far! I'm not a computer expert, but the screen clarity is fantastic and the speed is very fast (mostly I used the computer for work / personal applications).

By far the Best laptop in this price range. Lightning fast when booting up and when switching or opening applications. Upgraded from a 4 year old I7 and am very satisfied. Only wish that it had a numeric keypad.

Excellent computer for the price and great offer from Best Buy! Fast start up great security with finger print. The webcam and speakers are outstanding, still learning more about it everything positive so far!

I’ve had this for about 2 weeks now and I am pleasantly surprised at a lot of the features that it has. The associate who helped me was able to match me up with a laptop that met both my designing and business needs!

Love this laptop. Everything I need and more. Very easy to use and it has a fast response. It is very light weight compared to my last laptop. Hoping it will last as long as my last one which I had for 9 years.

It is a good and powerful notebook. But it has an issue with a mouse. The mouse stops working very often and suddenly. Unfortunately nothing helps to resolve this issue.

This is a very good laptop computer. The setup is easy, the keyboard has a very nice feel. This is an excellent value for the money. It has the nice feature of being able to easily turn on and off the camera.

Great laptop for a good price. Display is amazing and the system itself is very fast no lag what's so ever. I do alot of streaming and this laptop runs flawlessly.

I really like this laptop. It is lightweight and easy to carry around. The one downfall is it doesn’t have a numeric keypad which I am used to using for quick number entry. Overall it is a great laptop.

Very good laptop, my only gripe with it is that the graphics card is absolutely terrible and it is not possible to upgrade it. It should be good for most daily functions like zoom calls, YouTube, regular administrative tasks. I tried to run a game on it just to see and it crashed right away, I also tried to set up a multi screen display for class and it crashed a few times. I didn’t buy it for gaming nor did I expect it to preform in that area but upon doing some digging on the graphics card it is really bad, like I think HP went out of their way to get a bad graphics card. I definitely didn’t expect it to run like the top ones on the market but this is a bit of a handicap.

Wasn’t quite ready to spend $$ on a Mac for my 9th grade son but he loves it. Does exactly what he wanted it for. Creating music and videos. He hasn’t had any issues since we gifted it to him in April.
