I was a little aphrensive about buying a laser printer. But it proved me wrong. It is a workhorse. Though the laser jet ink is expensive, it does give a fantastic color and prints black perfectly.

great print quality - the only reason for not getting 5 stars - a little slow to print large images - does fine on smaller images but if 2 meg or so it is really slow - might check to see if I can upgrade the ram.

After many printer purchases for our small office, this one does it all, easy to change cartridges, easy to install and print quality is the best. I bought a second one for my home.

I haven't owned a printer for 5 years because I was tired of getting ink carts. If I wanted to get a new printer I told myself it has to be a color laser. As a creative person it's a great deal for fast prints.

Fast, smooth, clear printing. Wifi connection is a BIG plus. It is easy to set up a connection with my iPhone6s and iPad, so I can print my stuffs from any of them. Happy to have it.

The printer has password protection in wireless mode. When attempting to install the printer to a second computer that is already on the wireless LAN you are asked for a password. There is no explanation were to find this password nor does Best Buy know.

I'm beyond happy with the quality of both the printer itself as well as the output. Plain paper, Avery Business Card Stock, Christmas Cards, ALL come out GREAT!!!

I got this to replace a black and white laser printer. The set-up could not have been easier. I have both Macs and PCs as well as both iOS and Android devices and they all have been able to connect and print. This printer is much quieter than my previous one. I have to check to be sure that it printed as i can not really hear it unless I am right next to it. Haven't had this long enough to speak to how much toner it uses and how quickly. Although this is not photo quality it does a pretty good job with color printing and photos are good enough for newsprint or flyers.

Based on my first color laser printer it has been great. The color and black images are just as nice as my inkjet. Overall a good purchase for business use.

Purchased this for color printing for our small business. This supplements a B/W All in One Unit and produces beautiful color prints.

I purchased this printer because I wanted a color printer that used toner instead of ink. I like the wifi function that allows me to print anything anywhere I am in the house. However, there is a delay between hitting print and printing when you use the wifi connection vs wired directly to your device. However, you have the option to wire or wifi the print job. I have called HP a couple of time since receiving the printer for specific questions, and they have a good tech support team who will log into your computer remotely if you need help over the phone.

Good printer, not too bulky, prints both color and black. No need for all-in-one now since phone can take pictures of everything!

I love this printer so much I just bought a second 1. We have 5 of the Model right before this one and they have been grea.

Best printer for school and work... not great on pictures but good for office work and school...
