Purchased this printer bc of the positive user and expert reviews and bc it is the only color laser printer with a duty cycle appropriate for home use. Have had it only a month and so far, so good. It lives up to its good reputation. I recommend that potential purchasers compare the features on this printer against others. It is truly a winner!!

I've been using the printer in my small business since I purchased it and the printer has done terrifically! Both images and text come out beautifully. All my devices are connected wirelessly and I haven't had any connection issues with this printer. I highly recommend this printer.

Printer was a decent price. Printer is noisy and at times slow.

I think it is a good printer, sometime the print quality is not great if printing 10+ pages at a time... sometimes the paper feed is not great. Price for the toner is somewhat higher than I expected.

A decent size printer, not to large but not compact either. Set up took less than 20 minutes from open of box to installation on my laptop for wireless printing. Has a quick response time and isn't to loud

This is an Excellent printer for home office or a small business. For a color laser it has a pretty small footprint. It is a little noisy though. Duplex feature is also a handy option.

We bought this for the reliability of laser cartridges. We attempted to do a quick picture for fun, just know that this machine is not intended for pictures. Otherwise, it will be great for home use.

While I've always had good luck with HP printers, I could not get this one to work. Loading the software and drivers takes almost 20 minutes and somewhere near the end it would come back with an error message, that it hadn't loaded properly. I tried three times from the included CD and even downloaded the software from the web. After close to 2 hours I packed the printer up and then returned it. I don't know maybe I got a lemon, but I wouldn't buy this printer again.

After a week of using, the printer was not recognized by my computer. Troubleshooting returned corrupt FW. I returned and bought the HP LaserJet Pro all in one which works perfectly.
