This HP printer is an excellent value for the amount paid.

Disappointed in the printer as the person in Best Buy told me it had a copier and when I got it home a week later I discovered it did not. Not a happy customer

Paper jams, poor photo printing, will bring back. Not happy with this printer at all, not a good choice, stay away from HP lazer printers!

great printer, ink is expensive but I haven't had issues with the machine after printing more than 6000 pages.

Not worth the money returned to the store. I started with a canon printer and returned that one also related to difficulty with printing simple pages then got the hp one and felt that it was to cheap made

I told myself years ago I would never purchase an hp printer again. Why didn't I listen! Just went through two of these - returned both - both had severe issues trying to connect to wireless network. Error 49. Could not even print direct from pc. Spent 3 days on phone with HP support, still with no luck. Never never never buy hp.

Very soon after the purchase the touch screen stopped working. When the printer worked it was ok, but because of the disruption it is not worth purchasing a laser printer from HP. Their inkjet that I bought about a year ago is pretty good, I bought two HP computers that I am very pleased with.

got this to replace a old monochrome printer and a color inkjet. takes up less space than two printers and works wireless with iPad and iPhone as well as iMac and macbook pro. setup was super easy and so far no problems. cost of replacement toner will probably be the only downside.

Looking for a laser printer that would be able to connect with wifi and airprint. Wanted color and black and white. Also wanted the ability to print on various paper types. This fits all of those requirements and for a reasonable price for laser printing. It took a few minutes to find the right setting to avoid paper jams with card stock, but it is an option and works well.

I bought this printer, as my last monochrome HP Laser Jet needed a new toner cartridge (the last starter one lasted me 10+ years) at $100 and so I decided to upgrade to a color printer (need to print a document in color once in a great while and sometimes use another family members inkjet). So far I am very pleased with my purchase. For starters I had this printer out of the box and set-up in less than 10 minutes. I used the "System Preferences" on my Apple MacBook Pro to add this printer and I have never been able to add a printer in such a fast efficient manner. Also I like the touch screen display, as it provides information on toner levels among other features.

I needed a laser printer for some special printing I that need to do. This printer met my needs. It was super easy to set up and start using. I hate the price of the toner but at least it last for a very long time (at least for my use) I'm loving it so far.

This is our first color laser printer and I was surprised on the ease of connectivity via WiFi and through AirPrint. Printing is clear and crisp and I could not be more happier with my purchase.

wanted a printer that is not too bulky, good at printing colors, and no need for all-in-one because you can now take a picture with iPhone for EVERYTHING and look at it later. This printer is the perfect size for home use.

This is my first laser printer and all I can say is WOW!!! The print quality is amazing, far better than inkjet printers. The toner is quite expensive, but will not dry out over time without use. This printer is very fast as well.

we have bought 4 of these printers, as they fill the need for color printing at our locations. Great printer.. trouble free, drivers work well in our print server setup.

This is the most difficult printer I have ever installed. I have worked over a decade for Xerox who makes some of the worst drivers and whose products I would never buy, but this HP is shockingly difficult to install in a wireless environment. The quality is very good for a cheap printer (EXPENSIVE SUPPLIES !!!!!!!!!) but the difficulty of installation is just incredible. My Brother printers were literally plug and play.

This printer is great for the office. It does an excellent job. Print quality is superb and the toner last a long time

This is a great printer, just suited to my needs, since I do a lot of printing.
