We continue to struggle with this machine. Great printer but needs to be re-booted every time I want to use it, and the print via email feature works about 20% of the time.

I have to turn on and off the unit to reboot the wireless connection. Tedious process and a waste of time. So far, the rest of the features work well. I hesitate to recommend to a friend because the lack of easily-accessible tech support by either Best Buy or HP makes dealing with this unit a bit frustrating.
