Not compatible with current operating system

I purchased this unit along with an extra feeder tray and cartridge. Once back to the office, unboxed and set up, I tried to sync with my operating system only to find out it was incompatible. I thought I was getting advise from professionals.

Great for Small Offices
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My manager recently purchase this all in one printer when he started his new business. It's a small office with a total of 5 employees. Before the new owner, i used a xerox scanner and an hp laser jet 1300 printer separately, anyways. We are going paperless and now we have more employees. We only use PC window 7 computers, so far this printer has worked well. I have connected 4 users through wifi okay but it seems to not pick up 5 users. I'm not sure if there is a limit on the number of users being able to access this printer. Another thing i dislike about this printer is the management software. In order to scan documents i have to first "okay it" through the computer in order to scan docs through the feeder, it's an inconvenience. I don't like that if i'm navigating the printer touch screen, i pick the "scan to computer option" pick my computer then have to go to the computer to okay the scan. I also don't like when it's scanning i cannot group the documents together, its time consuming trying to scan 7 pages and uploading 7 pages instead of one document with multiple scanned documents. With my previous scanner i was able to do this due to the docs being pdf. I will have to "tweak" the management software but it seems to be lacking that's why i took one star off. Overall this is a great printer with great speed and printing capabilities. I just don't like the management software, its difficult to personalize it. I haven't had time to really look at the features the software has but seeing other reviews here, i will have to mess with the settings.

Terrific All in One

This unit is attached to my printer via ethernet (but could do it wirelessly) and so is on my network and available to everyone in the house. Worked right out of the box and I have had no problems with the hardware or software. Does precisely what I needed.
