Copy, Print, Scan work great. Haven't had a chance to use the Fax option. Print quality is great and quick for color laser printing. Glad I bought this.

Easy setup and easy to use. Keeps wifi connection, unlike Epson models.

It has done everything I asked, double-sided scanning was the most cool. Give it an electric circuit without much else loading, and it seems to work best with a wired ethernet connection. I am very happy with it.

I haven't had the printer long but So far so good. Had a little trouble connecting but eventually figured it out.

Copies are great, but I'm always replacing the Laser jet ink toner. Using this printer has cost me a fortune!! I still haven't figured out how to cancel printing jobs, therefore, use unnecessary ink many times.

I wanted this to replace my office laser color printer/scanner/copier. I thought this being marketed for a small office that it would be as good as my pervious printer, not even close, this feels cheap, not recommended for small office in my opinion maybe personal use.

I persistently jams when I try to print envelopes and also stops scanning until I get service in. I've twice had to pay for Geek Squad guys to come in and fix it, and after they leave when is starts working properly, it fails again. I've already paid around $200 to fix a $550 printer that I bought less than two months ago. If you need a printer, GET A BETTER ONE THAN THIS!

I can't review the copy/fax machine because I did not receive it. It was shipping by ups and they tried 1 time to deliverer after hours and never tried to re-deliver and somehow it got lost and never got delivered and this was was paid for. I called Best Buys and was told it was lost, so I got my money back and ordered from another place.

I spent way too much money on this for it to only work some of the time! Of course I went on vacation soon after receiving it and it is no longer able to be returned.

Paper always jamming. It's so frustrating. Don't try to scan an important document through the feeder, you may regret it.

This Printer is way too overpriced for its quality. It does not SCAN on a Mac unless you use HP's software, which is not great and has minimal options. The printer is very loud and sounds like it's going to fall apart. It does can double sided (using their software). It's jammed on me using the feeder a lot. For the price of this machine, it should work much better, and it is not as MAC friendly as they advertise. I would look elsewhere for a printer, especially if you are going to spend this kind of money for one.
