This is an excellent small format printer for home or office use. The print time is fast for this size and price point, the duplex scanner is a huge help if you need it as we do. Setup was easy and supplies are affordable.

This all-in-one does all of the things it's supposed to do, but slowly. I just finished the starter carts, so I don't know how long each one really lasts. It's a great HP product, but it's slow for a busy office.

Copy, Print, Scan work great. Haven't had a chance to use the Fax option. Print quality is great and quick for color laser printing. Glad I bought this.

Great printer. I like the ink feature best. You just replace the color that runs out.

Is Printer is the biggest piece of crap. I have returned two of them and the third one is now malfunctioning. On top of that when you call geek squad, they tell you they can help you and immediately try to connect you to in-home appointment for a fee. Why am I paying for a rewards program if they don’t try to fix the problem without paying more fees, I don’t know who the bigger ripoff is Best Buy or HP.

Easy setup and easy to use. Keeps wifi connection, unlike Epson models.

I’ve always liked HP printers. This one doesn’t disappoint. It has everything I was looking for and glad to see they have duplex scanning now. I cannot speak to durability as I haven’t had it too long yet.

I haven't had the printer long but So far so good. Had a little trouble connecting but eventually figured it out.

The first year and a half was great with this printer. Now, total nightmare. I have over 90% left in toner for all 4 colors and the color and black print is faded to the point I can barely read it. I had to drive an hour into work to finish my project for a deadline. I have tried everything to get this printer to print like it did when I bought it. Don't even get me started on the horrible HP Smart App with the constant printer pin loop and HP's website is completely useless all around. After paying $450 for this and another $300+ in toner, NONE of this should be happening. I refuse to spend another minute searching and trying to figure out what is going on because heaven forbid I can get an answer from HP's website. I will never purchase another HP product ever!! Save your money.

It has done everything I asked, double-sided scanning was the most cool. Give it an electric circuit without much else loading, and it seems to work best with a wired ethernet connection. I am very happy with it.
