Love this printer. Easy to use. Glad I bought it.

Have never been able to print from phone. Got the laser because I don’t use it a lot and ink jet drys out

I am quite computer literate. That said, I couldn't make it work with my Mac. It constantly told me I was out of paper Tray 1 (I wasn't). There may of been a faulty paper sensor. The software was mediocre. I returned it after one day. Kudos to Best Buy for making the return easy. I am buying a printer from another manufacturer. Other reviews seem to be better. That said caveat emptor.

Replaced a Brother printer which broke after less than a year. Best Buy honored the warranty without any issues. Seamless. HP printer sturdy, easy setup including to app. Prints from iPhone.

The HP- LaserJet Pro MFP 4101fdw wireless Black and White all-in-one laser printer works great. There are no issues with the printer. It is easy to pair up with the computer and all functions are active for use.

Overall it works well. The main reason I switched printers is for the scanner functions which seem to be working fine at the moment.

The printer seems to print well with all of our devices, but the requirement to log-in for scanning makes no sense.

Great crisp copies produced with this black and white printer.

It is working very good , good for office or home .

I’m not particularly great with technology, but setting up a new printer is not rocket science. The printer acted oddly from the start as it was having difficulty connecting to the two laptops we have. After it printed a couple sheets when attached directly to the laptops with a usb cable it produced an error code for the firmware and wouldn’t budge past the blue screen of death. Best Buy was fairly unhelpful and sent me to the manufacturer to figure it out.

Love this printer. Who needs color ink all the time. This is my go to printer. Wish I’d bought this years ago. No constantly changing cartridges.

Quick scanner and printer with double-side printing makes the job efficient. This is now our third one in our small office.

Overall good a reliable, however the scanner max resolution is 300dpi

Good printer so far. A little hard to set up, but took sometime. last printer was also an HP, that lasted 10 years!
