    After setup it has worked well. Small tech issue trying to send scan to email, however Geek Squad responded and solved.

    I purchased this product in March 2025. There is a vertical line that has developed on every scan. I have the blanket warranty for my home with Best Buy. I have had Total Tech, etc. Best Buy will not help me because I am within one year of purchase.... Goodluck trying to get help from HP... Just a lot of bots refusing to get any done... Horrible Service and Purchase... Long Time Best Buy Total Tech, Elite, .... etc...
