better than I even imagined. The print is perfect and it is easy to set-up if you can follow directions.

Great for Faxing and Printing- The ink cartridges are a little pricey but they do last as long as they say they will. Have this model at anothher location which I bought ~ 2.5 years ago and other than changing cartridges have never had a problem with it.

This is a great printer The first one I bought hooked up great to my lap top and phone. The second one I bought I could not get it hooked to laptop. I had to get My IT guy to get it hooked up. Good thing the first one went to my house and second one went to the office

Although I have used LaserJet printers in the past, the quality and speed of this printer is much better than expected. It is so nice to be able to print a large document and be able to do that quickly. The quality of the graphics was like a professional brochure. Very happy.

I use this mostly for color printing, and scanning documents to attached to emails. Does these jobs with no problem. Works well with Windows 10. Ease to set up, but as with all computer peripherals, it is important to follow instructions.

It has been a month since I bought this printer. May I advise you that as of 01/2019, this printer was not working well with the HP Smart App. I found out about this after having a customer service representative troubleshooting this printer remotely. Every time I used the HP Smart App, to scan a photo or a document, they came out crooked, skewed to the right. In fact, when I noticed that I thought the problem was the hardware, the printer itself, so I exchanged it out to a new one, but same model. Because the problem persisted, I called the customer service, very good by the way. The representative knew right away that the problem was the app and recommend to uninstall it and keep just the printing and scanning software that came with the printer. So, It prints and scans perfectly if you dont use the HP Smart App.

I upgraded from an old HP ink jet printer to this laser printer. The laser cartridges are more costly however the last significantly longer than the ink cartridges. I feel is more economical in the long run and the quality is great.

I would give this printer a 5 except it does not have a separate feeder for photo paper and so far I have not been able to print good pictures through the feeder on the front of the printer. If you are looking for a fast printer with good quality printing at a reasonable price, this printer is for you!

Love the way all pictures and printed letters come out. You can choose the quality for less ink used but it is always pretty crisp no matter which setting. Plus it is quiet and fast. Love this printer!!

This is a pretty good printer. It advertises to perform 2-sided printing, but it's not truly 2-sided. It prints every other page, and then you have to put the stack back in the paper tray and then it will print the other sides, Nevertheless, it has good print quality.

this is a nice purchase for the price. the printer has all the needed features one can think of.

I bought this printer in order to replace a failing Inkjet and move my other laser printer elsewhere. This printer prints beautifully! The colors are precise, the networking (AirPrint!) is reliable, duplexing awesome, scanning a breeze.... The toner...EXPENSIVE!!!!

Make no mistake, this is a great printer. Holds about 250 sheets, has 4 toner cartridges, prints on both sides of the paper, you don't have to flip it over, it does it for you. HP made this one for home or office.

Finally, an affordable color laser printer for home use. Although I did have some issues with initial connection attempts with my MAC, HP quickly and accurately helped me out.

The quality is great and I love how much faster it is than my old all in one printer. I was used to inkjet cartridges and now we are using a laser printer so we will see what the expense is eventually for ink replacement versus the inkjet but so far I really like it.

We installed this printer to replace a color copier and fax machine a couple of months ago. It is doing a great job. It is very good for general office work. Not what you want to print a higher end brochure but for 95% of daily needs it does a great job.

Directions for set-up are clear and to the point. If you inhabit the wireless world, make the HP - LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw your printer of choice. Its versatility is a selling point, performing admirably as a copier and FAX machine to bring the office into the home.

this is the best laser printer ever buy, very good printing as well very fast. love this unit / even better the run cost is very good as well, I had many hp and epson printer I fine this one the best for the money. hand down very good, hp really hit this one.

My first laser printer and I really like it so far. Previously I've used the inkjet printers and was always disappointed by the ink life. With the laser printer toner, it seems to last a lot longer. It produces a great image on the same paper. I wish I would have gotten one much sooner.

This printer is a good value for the quality. Prints are gorgeous. I haven’t printed any photos, but do a lot of color prints for handouts. Crisp, clean and vibrant. I will never own another ink printer after using this color toner printer.
